Whats for Dinner today? 2019

Dawn, I took your advice. I felt so poorly that I made breakfast for dinner. Eggs, Bacon Rasher, Buttered Toast and some fresh oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

I had two shake and bake chicken wings for lunch.  Right now I am eating "Beacon for Bacon Baked Mac & Cheese"  Haven't dedcided if I want to finish off the fajita stuff or eat some more shake and bake chicken

I made the guys chili with beans, onions and cheese. I had rice, cut up veggies and stew. Apple tartlets for dessert.

Took me long enough, I finally decided to make Chicken Fajitas

I splurged for lunch this morning/afternoon and went to Las Chicas Restaurant.  I got the complimentary chips and salsa (wasn't a fan of the salsa).  I ordered the Chorizo Torta.  It is a sandwich with Chorizo, shredded lettuce, tomato, beans, avocado, onions, and Jalapeños.  I also ordered a blended lime margarita.  Have not decided on supper yet.

I was going to make a huge dinner but no one felt up to it so it was curly noodle, chicken with carrots and celery soup. Made some buttered toast for dipping. Made Jon ham and turkey and cheese sandwiches to go with. The rest of the chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

I was too tired to eat before work. I took a swiss cheeseburger and tator tots to work for lunch.  Klare made a frosted cake topped with strawberries for dessert

I made Chicken Tikka Masala with rice pilaf and pitas. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

I had a swiss cheeseburger before I took a nap and had Beef Roast and cheesy baked potatoes at work

Chicken Curry, Jasmine Rice, Baby Brussel Sprouts with Olive oil and sea salt, nan bread and fried cauliflower. Made fresh chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Made one of my favorites. Pasta with marinara sauce and shrimp topped with basil. Also a sharing board with buffalo mozzarella, green olives, breadsticks, sun dried tomatoes, salami, parma ham, and greens. Made more chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Before work today I am enjoying another ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and mustard and also made a can of Marie Callendar Chicken Pot Pie Style Soup with crackers.

for lunch at work tonite I shall be having baked pork chops and cheesy baked potatoes

Yesterday  I had a ham and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread before work.  I had meatloaf and cheesy baked potatoes for lunch at work and a triple filled cheese Danish for dessert

Made my loaded double layer nachos. The guys had Coronas and I had Diet Coke. I made J Oatmeal Raisin Cookies for dessert and Jon a dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies.

I made pork chops baked in cream of chicken soup and potatoes before work.  I had mustard potato salad for lunch at work

I miss Dawn's potato salad. I don't know what they call it these days but it is the only kind I truly like. lol

clean out the fridge night. Greek Salads, pizzas, Tempura Chicken Tenders, Fries and Potato wedges. Frosted brownies for desert. I topped them with crushed nuts.

I drank a lot of coffee earlier today.  I snitched 2 tator tots, Emma ate the rest and 8 hot dogs without bread or buns, etc.  After I got back from taking her home, I made a Filet Mignon.  I had store bought Mustard Potato Salad as well.

Ribeye Steaks, Twice Baked Chips, Salads, Green Olives and Bread with Pine Nuts and Butter. The rest of the oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

before work I had 2 baked potatoes with sour cream and butter.  For lunch at work I had Lasagna and Normandy Vegetables.  Right now I am having another baked Potato with sour cream and butter and SleepyTime Tea

The guys wanted grease. So, I made tempura chicken strips and fries. I had one strip, 1/3 baked potato with a bit of butter and a small Greek Salad. Tried something I rarely make...used the tempura batter and made fried funnel cakes with sugar topping. Talk about unhealthy but yummy!

I had corned beef and cabbage and a baked potato at work.  Right now I am eating some pretzel bites (that I bought from Emma's fund raiser) and drinking a cup of peppermint tea

Made three different pizzas. Marghareta for me, pepperoni and black olive for J and loaded meat for Jon. (Pepperoni, beef, mushroom and purple onions. Also made fries for them and a big Greek Salad for me.) Got some pastries at the show and we each had one for dessert.

Wednesday was corned beef and cabbage and then after work on way to farm I bought a large coffee, large French fries, and Big Mac

Thursday I had Lasagna and after work before I went to the farm I bought a large coffee, large fries, and Big Mac (very disappointed in it)

Friday I had Beef burritos and tator tots

Today before work I had 2 baked potatoes

Egg Pasta, Butter Sauce, Leeks, Panchetta and topped with Bacon Slices. It was so good! Also topped with a little grated Parmesan cheese. Also put together an antipasta platter with olives, buffalo mozzarella cheese, sun dried tomatoes, rocket, salami and parma ham. Sounds strange but donut holes for dessert.

Leftovers buffet here: American Fries, Cottage Cheese, Beef Noodle Dish with Peas, Chicken Fried Rice and Bread for dipping. Oatmeal Raisin Cookies for dessert.
