OMG did J eat today. He had a long john for breakfast and for lunch he had leftover pork roast, mashed potatoes and gravy. For dinner he and Jon had fried Cod with steak fries I made with season salt. I had my usual sandwich for lunch and then a couple leftover slices of pizza for dinner. I just could not eat all the greasy and rich food.

Yesterday I made Chorizo for myself and ground beef taco meat for Don. We had tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, shredded colby jack cheese, and chopped onions for toppings.  I also added sour cream to mine.  We made them on soft tortillas but Don decided to make a salad instead.

J ate breakfast and a huge lunch and then made them Polo ala crema for dinner. I warmed up the last of my sirloin steak and baked potato with a small salad. A piece of Godiva for dessert.

After we ran to Kwik Trip in Fort, I decided to munch on Mini Wheats.  I might make something to eat for Don after I get up from a nap

We were going to have a big dinner but J mowed lawn and does not feel like it. For breakfast I had one egg, a slice of toast and a few hash browns. J had 3 pieces of bacon, 2 slices of toast, two eggs, and a couple helpings of hash browns with onions. Jon waited until lunch and warmed up some wings, waffle fries and and had some potato salad. J also had lunch and had two big turkey sandwiches with a huge helping of potato salad. I still think I need to have a dinner so maybe the other half of my club sandwich from the other day.

Yesterday I made a On Cor Meatloaf entree and 2 baked potatoes.  Don threw a fit but I see he did eat one meatloaf later on.

J wanted to go out and that was okay with me. Went to a buffet. J ate four plates of food. I ended up with a small piece of steak, a small helping or roast beef, rice and veggies and gravy and a nice salad. Also had some fruit and a small slice of Chocolate Pie.

Came home from work this morning and sautéed some chopped green peppers and onion in Jalapeno Olive oil then added the little bit of left over steak, cut in small pieces, after it was warmed up added 1 egg.  I put it on a heated Tortilla shell with shredded colby jack cheese and medium salsa.

I used the last leftover baked potato and fried it up for a bit then added chopped green pepper and chopped onions and cook it with Jalapeno Olive Oil and added Italian seasoning.  I warmed up 2 tortillas over the gas flame and put shredded cheese on the bottom and then the egg mixture.  It was pretty darn good.  Don did not eat alot of the tuna casserole yesterday and said he is not having it again today.  I asked what he wanted and he got grumpy that it is only 830am.  It is not sinking in his head that when I am home on work days, I am only awake 5 to 5-1/2 hours.  I am done catering to him.  He needs to tell me what he wants or he is on his own.

J has been eating all day. He had peanut butter and jelly toast with a banana and coffee, then oatmeal raisin cookies, then a bowl full of cut up chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy and right before work he had 3 pieces of fried chicken. And he will probably want another meal when he gets home from work. Jon made a sub that he broiled and I made a ham, egg and cheese sandwich. Chocolate chip bars for dessert.

I had a bag of TGIF Chili Cheese Chips  Really don't feel like eating.  Made 2 cheese burgers for Don.  Looks like he has been eating Braunschweiger sandwiches as well.

Feeling a little better now that I am hydrated but not "up to par"

I made On Cor Salisbury Steaks with gravy and buttery mashed potatoes.  I had some mashed potatoes with 2 patties cut up and mixed in the potatoes

Today will be another day of dill lemon chicken soup and water.  Don is on his own again.  Dishes are piling up but I don't care.  I bought tea on the way home from Fort Atkinson (one for each of us)  I do not feel like drinking mine but Don has already opened his.  No idea what he had last night nor what he will eat today.
