I ate the stuffing that didn't fit in the turkey and was cooked separate.  I deboned and unstuffed the turkey, made a pasta salad, and boiled eggs.  Didn't get around to making deviled eggs or mashed potatoes.  I will do that tomorrow.  Had a couple beers earlier and when I got back up had apple juice and enjoying water with lemon juice added to it.  Juice seems to be hitting the spot better than soda lately.

Good for you Gina!  With you not feeling well, they should "fend for themselves".  I am and will be eating chicken and baked mac and cheese for quite awhile.  I really don't have a lot of freezer space left right now to make lunches and put them in.
