Still using leftovers...Made Bacon, Lettuce and tomato sandwiches with chips and dip. Chocolate Chip cookies for dessert.

I am really getting bad at remembering to eat on my days off. Just made a Farmer's skillet with 4 eggs, sautéed celery, carrots, and something else. Was still hungry so heated up a cut up burger patty and grilled potatoes with a refesno salas

Made Wet Roast Beef Sandwiches with Provolone and but them under the broiler. Made Jon fries and cut up veg for me. The rest of the cake for dessert. Snacked on Chips and dip earlier.

So much food to use up! I made club sandwiches with crusty bread, ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, Cheese and honey mustard dressing. Fries for Jon and chips and garlic dip for us. Going to have cake later.

I made Jon two cheeseburgers and fries and J and I had Chef Salads and I made marghareta pizza bread. I also made chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

I took Pork with sour kraut and green beans to work tonite. I was going to stop at the Plaza Pizzeria to get a slice of something for $4. While shopping at Walmart after I got off at 11pm, I saw a extra Large Extreme Bacon Supreme with 4 cheeses reduced for $4.62. I took advantage of that deal instead.

Made the guys cheeseburgers and fries. I had a hamburger patty with cheese and made a small Greek Salad. Shortbread topped with chocolate for dessert.

Clean out the fridge night. Pizza and fries for Jon, Warmed up Beef Stir Fry for J and Warmed up Meatloaf and a Greek Salad for me. Made fresh Oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

I decided at about 2am to cook up a package of wafer thin pork lion chops and make myself a sandwich. When I got up this morning about 730am I decided to make myself some Farm Hand scrambled eggs (with sautéed celery, carrots, onions, and green peppers).

Before work yesterday I made 4 buttered slices of toasted Raison bread. For lunch at work I had burritos and tator tots smothered in shredded cheese and salsa. I made a cheese quesadilla with chopped onions and sweet peppers when I got home from work.

For lunch today I had cut up burger and tots and string cheese. Have not decided what to make for supper tonite, since I will be home. Will post later

We were supposed to go out for dinner but J decided he didn't want to so I had to cancel our booking...I ended up making a Greek Salad with a Marghareta Pizza, made J a pepperoni one and Jon got one with mushrooms and donner meat. Also made garlic and cheese bread. Lots of leftovers. Jon helped make an apple/cherry pie but no one wanted one...

Went to the Co-op and got some fillets, pasta and mixed Chinese Veggies and made stir fry. Just put it in a deep pan with stir fry oil and some soy sauce and a little garlic powder and saute' everything until done! Made some graham cracker, caramel, white chocolate bars for dessert but cut them into tiny squares so they last a bit.

Small steaks on grainy bread. (The guys covered theirs in English Mustard) Also home made cole slaw, comfit chips, greens and Onion rings. Vienetta ice cream for dessert.

Made pasta carbonara. (Butter noodles, butter sauce, diced pancetta, leeks, and thin sliced cooked bacon with a top of Parmesan Cheese. Also made a side antipasto board with rocket, olive oil, green olives, pruscuito, breadsticks, buffalo mozzarella, and salami, Jon actually brought home apple pie he made in culinary arts!

Made my Cheeseburger Rice Dish (In the Recipe Section) with a side of Townhouse Crackers and cut up tomatoes. Love this stuff. The last of the Dutch Apple Pie for dessert.
