Pizzas. Of course, everyone wants something different and my oven here will only do one at a time so mine is last. Also making fries. Got some sponge cake for dessert and topped it with clotted cream. Awesome.

My freezer has been deciding our meals ~ yesterday I made 2 stuffed whole chickens and gave Padre half of one and all the stuffing from that one.

Today I am making Boneless Pork Roast with potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery. Padre will have some of that as well.

No one was very hungry so I made J and I grilled ham and cheese sandwiches with side salads and Jon had a cheeseburger with waffle fries. Chocolate shortbread caramel bars for dessert.

I don't have to go to work until 5pm tonite, so I am actually cooking Butt Head a meal. I am making Apple Cider Encrusted Pork Chops and Chicken bacon wrapped 3 cheese thighs. I am also making home made mashed potatoes and mixed veggies.
