Several things tonight. Noone wanted the same thing. I made a double pepperoni pizza and fries for Jon, Schwerma meat on pitas with lettuce and onions with fries for J and a ham hamburger, onion pizza for me with a small salad. Mini Caramel chocolate graham cracker bars for dessert.

I made fried Pork Patties. I took 2 sandwiches to work with mayo and pancake syrup. Not sure how Don made his, but I told him there was neopolitan ice cream for dessert if he wanted

Shrimp and Marinara Sauce over Pasta. A Side Board of Proscuito, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Olives and Bread Sticks. Apple Crisp for Dessert.

Ribeye Steaks, Hand Cut Oven Fries and Salads. Turned out really well. lol Krispy Kreme for dessert! Was amazed that we could find them local.

Basically a Cheese Garlic Pizza. Also Greek Salads. Had lots of stuff to use up in the small UK fridge. Vienetta Ice Cream for Dessert.

Yesterday, I used a Tomato Basil tortilla and melted cheese with chopped onions and topped with sour cream. I made a frozen Banquet Salisbury Steaks with gravy, in case butt head gets up and wants to eat.

I ended up making loaded soft shell tacos for dinner and cake with clotted cream frosting. Put a chocolate drizzle over it to give it some sweetness.

Scotty ordered a Pizza from Toppers for him and Don for supper on the 4th. I didn't make anything or eat anything yesterday and neither did Don. Scotty was telling everyone that we were going to grill yesterday and he was going to buy all kinds of stuff. I put stop to that one real quick.

This is getting to be a regular thing here. the guys wanted Chicken Tikka Marsala with rice pilaf and nan bread. I also made a fruit bowl with oranges, pineapples and grapes with juice drizzled over them.

Today was Padre's 82nd birthday so I made spiced cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, baby back ribs, baked red potatoes, green beans and dinner rolls.

Since I already was putting heat into the kitchen, I also made some spicy chicken wings and shaved pork loin steaks. We can microwave food for the week and keep more heat out of the house

When I got home friday night, Don was complaining and said he wanted to grill brats on saturday ~ I boiled the brats and he decided to go to a friend's house, so no grilled brats. I ate a few of the brats though
