When we got back from Catfish's, I made my self a Hummus and green pepper slices sandwich on lightly toasted bread.  Of course Don made a comment that I made nothing for him.  I offered to make a hummus sandwich but he refused.  There are leftovers in the fridge.  I have not checked to see what he ate.  He has not been eating lately only drinking beer.

Was snacking on some Kwik Trip glazed Glazer Donuts and decided to make myself some breakfast.  I made scrambled eggs with sauteed chopped green onion, and green pepper.  Also cut ups a a pieces of leftover pork steak and added Jalapeno Avocado oil.  Also added a little sesame seed oil and shredded colby jack and milk.  I topped it off with "Slap Yo Mama" brand hot sauce.  It was delicious! Don would never eat something like this though *LOL*

Last night I made cheeseburgers, asparagus in milk, and home made fries

Right now I just finished boiling eggs and par cooking the asparagus cooked in milk.  Going to start water boiling for noodles for a pasta salad as well.  Another hot day today with a high of 88 so want to get some cooking done before the heat hits.

Not sure what I will be making but I do know I can always use hard boiled eggs or give them to the chickens and a pasta salad is always a good idea.

Tossed 2 frozen chicken breasts in crock pot with red potatoes.  They are fall apart done but too darn hot to eat right now.

Jon and I had burgers and fries for lunch and he also ate the rest of his leftover pizza. We did not plan on dinner so we had to get J the same thing and bring it home. He is already asked for dinner. He needs a salad or some fruit.

Made myself a buddig chicken lunch meat sandwich with mayo and lettuce on lightly toasted bread for lunch.  Just got up a bit ago and finished off the rest of the Shepard's pie with roast beef.   Don was snacking off and on with the chicken salad mix I made last night.

I made more egg salad because Don complained there was none when he went to grab some.   I already have a can and pouch of chicken to make chicken salad.

I heated up some of the Shepard's pie that I had thawed out and topped it with shredded cheese.  When I got up around 2pm, I had some colby swiss cheese slices and summer sausage.  Just having water right now cuz I was having a coughing fit.

no idea what Don snacked on.  It is too hot to eat a full meal.

Jon made a sub loaded with ham, turkey and cheese with lettuce and onions for a late breakfast. He had bought some of the Subway sauce last week. For lunch I made he and I egg salad sandwiches with lettuce. J had the rest of his fried chicken and sweet tea.

I am probably going to make a ham and cheese with veggies for dinner and J was supposed to have a salad but he is now not wanting to tell me what he wants. When Jon gets done with work I will make him his Papa Murphy's pizza.

I made egg salad, tuna salad, and thawed out the Cheesy Chicken Bow Tie Casserole and Shepard's Pie with roast beef that I had made and put in freezer.

I had egg salad on lightly toasted bread and cottage cheese for lunch. I just had the rest of the Pea Cheese & Ham pasta salad I made the other day. Looks like Don may have had some of the tuna salad.

J had sausage patties, eggs and toast for lunch and Jon and I used up the taco meat and made soft shell tacos with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Also still had some sauce left. Found out J went and got ice cream but only for him.

For dinner I made J and I dirty rice and had some sauce and crackers on the side. Jon is warming up a couple cheeseburgers and the waffle fries. Had a bit of a cake dessert I made with frosting. Yummy.

Got up a bit ago.  Finished off the little bit of Guac with Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos and the last few spoonful's of potato salad.  Don crawled in bed an hour or so after me.  Don't know what he was snacking on.  It has just been too hot to want to eat.  I had 2 cans of Starry Soda.  No idea how many beers Don had.

Looks like Don has been eating and finished off the chicken salad.  I had a few more melon chunks a bit ago.  Don has no idea what he wants and says no to whatever I suggest.  My acid reflux is still really nasty today.

I see J's diet is going very well, especially since he said no carbs *LOL*

We did not eat anything.  I don't know What Don snitched during his late nite fridge raids (yes, multiple times).  I was overheated and sick to my stomach.  After I fed cat had a couple small spoons of potato salad and a couple hunks of cantaloupe this morning

Jon had leftover fish and chips for lunch. I had an egg and a slice of toast and J had several slices of pork sausage, two eggs and two slices of toast.

For dinner Jon wanted a double loaded cheeseburger and fries. I had half a small rib eye with a baked potato and a salad and a small roll. J had a large cut of prime rib with sauce, a baked potato with extra butter, a salad and half a cactus blossum.

I made Guac today and decided to get my Doritos Spicy Sweet Chile chips to dip in it.  I had to stop myself.  I ate half a bag of chips and half of the guac I made.  Also snacked on some Cantaloupe chunks that I cut up yesterday.  Working in Watertown tonite, so early to bed.  Don is not happy but there is plenty of food in the fridge that he can eat.  He will not starve *LOL*

After I got home from laundry yesterday, I made chicken salad, potato salad, Pea-Ham & Cheese salad.  That is what I had for lunch with cottage cheese.  Don't know what his majesty decided to eat

For breakfast had more fried Spam, scrambled eggs and toast. I made soft shell tacos for lunch and he did not eat any and then complained when Jon finished the meat. I took my stuff and just put it on a bed of lettuce. For dinner J went and got a huge pack of chicken from Quik Trip and ate it standing at the kitchen counter. Jon may make a sub for dinner. I think I am done eating for the day.

Don had to wake me up and complain that I ate all the pepper jack cheese. I ate all the Havarti Pepper cheese.  I did not buy pepper jack, I bought Colby Swiss and Cheddar blocks.

Another day I did not make a darn thing. He wanted chicken sandwiches. He would say chicken sandwich then chicken salad sandwich but he would not tell me how he wanted it made, so I assumed he wanted a chicken sandwich and went to bed.

I got up, did laundry and used the last of the taco meat for a burrito

I made a ham and cheese with mayo, lettuce, onions and tomatoes for lunch and for dinner finished the rest of the pizza I had last night.

I did not make a thing.  I had a few slices of Havarti Pepper Cheese that I bought for Emma's fund raiser.  It still had a little squeak in it, so you know it was still fresh.

I just ate some more Havarti Pepper Cheese and some Hillshire summer sausage that I cut up
