J and I went out for brunch. We had steak and eggs, toast and American fries with onions. I brought half of my food home and J ate all of his.

For dinner J made kefta kebabs for Jon and beef kebabs with veggies for us. I made rice and fries and also had hummus and pitas and sauce for the guys.

Yes he is a jerk. Maybe he should make his own pork chops.

J had a banana and coffee for breakfast and then all you can eat buffet for lunch and peanut butter and jelly with a huge glass of chocolate milk a bit ago. I had buffet but had a huge salad with veggies, had one piece of chicken, a small bit of rice with onions, brussell sprouts and cauliflower, cottage cheese and some fruit.

I made Pork Chops, red potatoes, carrots, and celery in the crock pot for Tuesday.  I had a job interview at 1pm and we still had to go visit Padre's grave for his birthday.  I figured that would be easiest.

Came home and Don said the pork chops were dried out.  I took everything out and put the pork chops back in to marinate more  Then he tells me he was only kidding.  What a jerk.

The guys had 2 cheeseburgers each for lunch and chips. I did not eat. For dinner Jon is having his Papa Murphy's Pizza with a chicken Ceasar Salad with Croutons. J and I went out. He had prime rib and ate it all as well as a baked potato with extra butter, a salad and half of a Cactus Blossum. I had half a rib eye, half a baked potato with butter, a salad and a couple pieces of the Cactus Blossum. I brought the rest of my food home for the day they have fish.

J made himself sausage patties and toast for breakfast and then got he and Jon big sandwiches and fries and sweet tea from Popeye's for lunch. He never asked if I wanted anything. I made a toasted ham and cheese with honey mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and onions for me. For dinner J made Jon a homemade pizza and us a homemade calzone. The before he went to bed had a big bowl of Ruffles and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. So much for cutting down on carbs.

My acid reflux is in high gear.  Had some pretzels and nacho cheese doritos this morning.  Just heated up a bowl of hamburger helper topped with Italian 6 cheese and added smoky garlic and habanero sauce.

No idea what Don will eat.  Told him lots of leftovers and he was not happy.  I hate to waste food.

What a butt hole!  We got back from picking up tobacco for him and he decides he wants hamburger helper.  I made it, told him it was done and went to bed.

I finally made food a little after 8pm.  I made On-Cor meatloaf in gravy, in the microwave and Red Potato Pearls,  Don had half a meatloaf slice and potatoes.  I had 2 meatloaf slices, mashed potatoes, Pea Cheese & Ham Pasta salad and a slice of buttered bread.  OF course Don drank all day and I did not.  I also snacked on some Chex Mix and currently snacking on some mini pretzels dipped in Roasted Pine Nut hummus

I made J a salad with cut up grilled chicken, onions, croutons and olives and peppers. Then he decided he needed to have Ruffles. He had like three bowls ofem. I made myself a toasted ham and cheese with lettuce, tomato and onion and put Honey Mustard on it. It was pretty good.

I made Jon and I burgers and fries. Mine without cheese but with lots of veggies. Jon had two patties and double cheese! J had me put wings in and used the rest of the Hooters Sauce on them.

For dinner I am making them brat patties on hard rolls with fries. Just have stuff to use up. I am thinking of a ham and cheese for me with veggies.

Don and I went to "The Space".  He picked out a mini sub with beef chicken and turkey and not sure what kind of cheese.  We got closer to the end of the line and I found a Turkey Breast & Swiss cheese on Cranberry Wild Rice Bread (Kwik Trip)..  If you buy it at Kwik trip is is $5,49 plus tax.  I know because I have bought them.  I did doctor it up with slices of Roma tomato and Miracle whip.

Don know this is his option or eat left over cheeseburgers or  Johnsonville brats with cheddar.  After that long drive in the country, I am ready for bed.

Don complains that I make eggs, etc when he is asleep and when he gets up and I ask if he wants me to make anything he says it is too late.  Today, I waited for him to get up, not too long ago and asked what he would like.  He would not answer and went straight on to porch.

I made farm hand scrambled eggs.  I used the little bit of leftover potatoes with chopped onion and green pepper.  I sauteed them first then added eggs.  Making myself some buttered toast to go with it and adding salsa on my eggs.

Last night the guys made homemade Hooters shrimp and sauce. I made them some seasoned waffle fries. I had some frozen leftovers. Warmed up a bit of turkey, frozen stuffing and a bit of grave and some frozen mashed potatoes that warmed up once I put butter on them. Trying to clean out the freezer.

Tonight Jon made a homemade sub, J had three hot doges and then made two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. lol So much for cutting down on carbs. I warmed up a half a sandwich I had left from lunch. Basically a half an Italian sub with veggies.
