We went out for a late breakfast. I had eggs, toast, American fries and a small sirloin steak. I brought half of it home. J had chicken fried steak, 3 scrambled eggs, toast and American fries. He ate all of his breakfast.
He chowed down on half a bag of Ruffles and I still have to feed him dinner.

I am making Spaghetti with meat sauce and Pretzzilla pretzel bites. It is pretzel bites covered in butter and topped with Parm cheese and dip them in marinara sauce (spagetti meat sauce at this house)

Don said that when he and Rissa ran to Uncle Bucks to get batteries, on saturday, they had a produce stand that was selling sweet corn for $8/dozen
I made ham and stuffing for dinner. Earlier, I made a veggie sandwich on toast with butter, cuke slices, cheese & summer squash
Right now I am finishing off the couple bites of leftover mac & cheese with beef that I made

Jon had leftover Polo ala Crema for lunch. J had several pitas including mine and schwerma meat with onions and sauce. Also some fries. I had half my kebabs with a nice Greek Salad. I ate half of that. I also had a bit of Mediterranean Rice. It was so good. For dinner Jon is still deciding what he wants and J wanted sweet corn. He had 3 1/2 ears with much butter and salt and half a gallon of sweet tea. I had two ears of corn cut off and the rest of my salad.

I am going to gain all the weight back that I have lost! I got up and decided to finish off the potato stroganoff hamburger helper. I added an individual serving pack of Habanero Cheese sauce. Probably why I have been having acid reflux, between the beer and the hot stuff.

Made manwich for supper. Also fried up some summer squash and added Habanero cheese sauce packets. Don won't eat that. I added manwich to it and it was not a bad combo

"OH NO! Poor J" He will shrivel away to nothing with "not eating anything" syndrome. I have the same problem here with Don.
I am trying to utilize leftovers from the freezer and coming up with something different. I had a box of Delux 4 cheese Mac & Cheese that I bought when Bigsy was alive and decided to make that and add a bag of left over manwich. I did not think it was bad. Don did not touch it. I added some Thai sweet chili sauce to my bowl earlier. Just got up to put the rest of it away and made myself another bowl. This time I added Thai Sauce and small green olives. That is also not a bad combination. No idea what Don may have eaten or will get up later and eat. Not my day to care. There are plenty of leftovers and looks like he has been eating the leftover chicken breast roast from yesterday.

For a late breakfast I made Jon and I egg and cheese sandwiches. J said he had nothing but he had Ruffles, a banana and a cookie.
For dinner J had beef medallions and gravy, baked potato with extra butter, half a cactus blossom and a salad. I had half my steak, half my baked potato, a salad and a couple pieces of the cactus blossom. We got Jon a chicken sandwich and fries and J ended up drinking three sweet teas.

Re: What's For Dinner (or any other meal) 2024
WOW! Sounds all too familiar and even funnier is they claim they never eat but aren't getting any thinner and leftovers dwindle or snacks disappear (and Peanut Butter & Jelly for Don) *LOL*
I thought I had grabbed an Italian seasoned pork tenderloin roast. It turned out to be an Italian Chicken Breast roast. I had chicken base in the freezer, so I added that for moisture. I also cut up a small yellow summer squash, quartered 2 potatoes, cut up a couple carrots and the few stalks of celery that I had left and tossed it in the oven. I also made a can of peas and chicken gravy. It turned out pretty darn good.
Got up a little after midnight and decided to finish off the leftover ribeye steak Don is not eating and the boneless pork rib. When I got home from my appointment in Janesville, I started snacking on sliced cucumber slices and summer squash slices. I think because I am eating negative calorie foods, that is why I feel like I need to eat more. I don't know but it is what it is.

For breakfast I had an egg and a slice of toast. J said he did not eat but he had oatmeal raisin cookies and coffee and a banana. I did not have lunch and either did Jon but caught J eating peanuts by the handful and also saw him eating more cookies.
For dinner he made beer battered fish and I made them seasoned steak fries. Jon ate and J did not. I took stew out of the freezer and put it over rice and onions. After I had cleaned the kitchen J decided to warm up leftover pork roast, gravy and the German Salt Potatoes with 2 slices of buttered bread. Sound familiar Dawn?

J had ham and cheese on toast for breakfast with a banana. He had several oatmeal raisin cookies for lunch. He was supposed to make he and Jon dinner and he does not want to so they can have leftovers. There are many.
I had an Ensure for breakfast and a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo for lunch. Have not decided what I will have for dinner yet. Plenty of stuff to eat that is for sure.

Woke up feeling hungry. Could not decide if I wanted Asian Noodles or a bowl of cereal. I decided on a glass of blue raspberry kool aid, a piece of cheese danish and leftover potato stroganoff hamburger helper

For breakfast J had the rest of the breakfast hash with 2 slices of toast and a banana and coffee. Jon had the rest of the taco meat and made a huge loaded soft shell taco. I had my Ensure.
For lunch J had a peanut butter sandwich and some grapes. I made Jon and I ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
For dinner Jon had a couple Wal Mart burgers with cheese and some chips. I made J and I my beef pasta dish with some tiny peas on the side. J was still hungry and wanted dessert so I made a batch of big oatmeal raisin cookies. I think he has eaten half of them.

J and I weigh about the same. This morning my scale said 261.8 Lets see what the doctor scale says in about an hour.
*** Dr Scale says I weigh 250 lb. I like their scale
I thought about some toast this morning but then remembered I did not eat after about 7pm, so I can actualy do the 12 hour fasting lab tests today that the doctor wants to run.
I probably won't be hungry after that. Not that I am right now but my acid reflux has been acting up.

Last time J weighed in he was 263.5
For breakfast they went to Burger King where Jon had a Whopper Meal Large and J had a breakfast meal with tater rounds and a large soda.
For lunch J had the rest of the chicken salad on a sandwich with Ruffles and a banana. For dinner he said he did not want anything and then had me make him a pizza. He ate half. Jon had me make his Papa Murphy's pizza. I made a pizza I had in the freezer and had a few pieces.

J sounds like Don, does not want to kill a good drunk, so need to leave room for booze. I see his diet is going great. How much has he lost so far? *LOL*
I made Rib Eye Steaks, 2 boneless pork ribs, baked potatoes, and green beans.
After we ate, I sauteed some summer squash and sliced onion in the steak drippings. I will eat them later.

J had a big helping of breakfast hash with toast and a banana this morning. Jon had leftover pizza.
For lunch J had a huge chicken salad sandwich. For dinner he would not eat what we had so he had a bowl of grapes. Now he is having a big glass of Scotch.
I had the rest of my Club Sandwich for lunch.
For dinner Jon and I had Mexican. He made shell tacos and I made mine on a bed of lettuce. It turned out pretty good.

HIs liver is not an issue at the time being, they are only concerned with his heart He had alot to drink the night before his surgery and i am sure that had alot to do with it. He had heart issues twice that caused them to stop until they got his heart stabilized.
He did eat most of his food after I went in the bedroom a little before 5pm. I started reading more of a story I am reading online.

How long before his liver fails???
For brunch I warmed up the breakfast hash. I had a small helping and J had two with two slices of toast.
For late lunch we went out with Sheena, Todd and Tasha. I had half of my Club Sandwich with a cup of French Onion Soup and a few Cheese curds. Jon had some pizza, some fries and some cheese curds. J had several slices of pizza, most of the cheese curds, and order of bacon and cheese fries and 2 pints of Spotted Cow. Now he wants a rootbeer float but I do not have any rootbeer.

Kept after Don all day what he wanted to eat. He did not like any of my suggestions, SO.. I made 2 frozen hamburger patties & added seasoning and cheese slice per and the rest of the tator tots. I had mine. then made a salad with summer squash, chopped onion, blue cheese dressing, and egg salad. Very good. He ran out of beer and decided to go to sleep instead.
