What's For Dinner (or any other meal) 2024

Yesterday was leftovers.  I made 2 chicken and mayo sandwiches

J made breakfast. I had one egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 helping of hash browns with onions and 1 slice of toast. J had  3 slices of bacon and 2 of everything else. Jon had an egg, ham and cheese and sandwich. 

For dinner J made fish fry with rye bread and I made them steak fries. I had leftover rice and veggies. Frosted sugar cookies for dessert.

I made campfire toast on my gas stove then added cheese slices, chicken slices, and mayo and had 2 sandwiches no idea what Don will decide on.

Trying to clean out the freezer and so Jon and I had burgers for lunch with fries. His was just cheese but I put onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchip on mine. I also made him some of his Dinosaur chicken nuggets with sauce. Sometimes you just want kid food. lol Also made some frosted sugar cookies. J came home and I warmed up the rest of his barbecue pork and put it with sauce on hamburger buns. He had also had toast with cheese and ham for breakfast. Now he wants to go to town for ice cream. SMH

Home Made Lasagna

We had a late lunch today.  I made cheesy burger patties & used shredded sharp cheddar, Lawry's season salt & black pepper.  Also made Fully Loaded Potato Tots and Jalepeno Tator tots.

Did not eat until about 4. Today Jersey Mike's was donating all sales to charity. Usuaally we spend way too much there but I had points for a free Giant Sub. I got one to eat half later. Jon got a Giant and J got a regular. We had chips and soda at home. Even with the donation we added se spent about 40% of what we usually spent and got a coupon for next time for free chips and soda. Good cause that they do every year.

Jon and I had egg,ham and cheese sandwiches on toast. J had two big pork barbecue with sauce on buns with chips. 

Making homemade pizzas tonight for dinner. Jon will have his own and J made ours into a Calzone.

I had the last 2 little pieces of beef bologna and the last smoke Beddar with Cheddar smoke sausage before I went to work last night.

Had the leftover pot pie a little bit ago and 2 slices of summer sausage

Jon and I had egg, ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch. J had two barbecued pork sandwiches with sauce and chips and a banana. 

For dinner I will make them Butter Chicken with Rice Pilaf and pitas and hummus. I will have some white rice and veggies. Got frosted Persians for dessert.

Beef Pot pies and leftover mashed potatoes

For breakfast we had eggs, toast, bacon and hash browns with onions. I had one of each. J had two of each except he had 5 slices of bacon.

For dinner J made a pork butt seasoned and from that we made Cubans with pork, ham, Swiss cheese,  mustard and pickles. Then put them on the panini press. I only had had ham, cheese and added lettuce, tomato and onions. What a mess I had to clean up!

I made an Oven Roasted Chicken in a bag, Stove top Savory Herb Stuffing, Cream Corn, and Idahoan Potato Pearls

J had turkey and cheese on a hard roll with chips for lunch. Jon and I had ham, egg and cheese sandwich for lunch. 

For dinner I made steak fries and J made beef and provolone cheese paninis. I had the rest of the potato salad.

I pulled out cheesy potatoes and Ham & Potato casserole for today.  The potatoes were not quite done in the casserole but temped at 165, so I tossed them in microwave for 12 minutes.  I am eating them as is because I need to go to bed, but Don will not be able to eat them unless they are soft.

J ate so much today! He had two egg sandwiches on hard rolls for breakfast, ate thick Italian soup with salad and breadsticks for lunch, made fried Cod and steak fries for dinner and just had cookies and chocolate milk! 

Jon had me make him a couple cheeseburgers with fries for lunch and he had some fish and fries for dinner. 

I had a small bowl of angel hair pasta with shrimp, diced tomatoes and asparagus for lunch with a small salad. I had a small bit of pasta with a bit of sauce while they ate.

For lunch Jon had the rest of the tacos, J had a big bowl of red beans and rice with sausage and then had buttered toast with peanut butter and jelly. He also just had chocolate milk, cookies and chips. I had a ham, cheese and egg on toast.

Jon had leftover pizza for lunch and we had ham, egg and cheese sandwiches. For dinner J did not want what we had. Jon and I had soft shell burritos. I had mine on a big bed of lettuce. J had leftover pork cutlets, German Salt potatoes and mushroom gravy. He finished all of it and then had coffee and Walker's Biscuits for dessert.

I made my traditional chili (this time 2 cheese burgers, a bacon cheddar burger, taco meat, and meatloaf).  Meaning all the leftovers from Stuff Don did not want to eat *LOL*

I was falling asleep at the table at 1030am so told Don I would finish it around 1:30 when I got up.  Did not wake up until almost 3pm and Don decided he was not going to eat.  I had the food cooling on the counter.  Got up at 9:30 and he did not put it away or even touch it.  What an Arsehole.  Beer was more important.

Made ham, egg and cheese sandwiches for everyone for lunch. For dinner I made our doctored Papa Murphy's pizzas and there is fruit salad for dessert.
