Don does not understand that I can not drink all day unlike him and got pissy when I said I needed to go get a slice of bread with butter.  I added a slice of cajun turkey and some lettuce and hummus on a single slice off bread.

I made a "Kitchen Sink" casserole.  I used leftover chicken breast and a pork steak and mixed it with bow tie pasta, a can of peas, beans, & cream corn, green pepper, onion, yellow squash, seasonings and leftover gravy.  It was not bad but of course not what Don wanted.  He would not even try it.

I had a toasted ham and cheese with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

For breakfast  J had a ham and cheese with a banana and peanut butter cookies. Jon had leftover chicken wings and waffle fries. I had one egg and one slice of toast.

For dinner they wanted clubs so that is what we had. I got ham, turkey, made bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and honey mustard dressing. I also made some fries for them. I think J finished the cookies as well.

A lettuce salad with cukes, squash, onions, green peppers, cottage cheese, and Ranch Dressing.  Also made pork chops with celery and carrots.  Sweet Baby Ray BBQ for dipping sauce for pork chops.

Don complained that the potatoes yesterday were not cooked enough.  I put them in a dish with water and microwaved them and then made mashed potatoes.  I think  he thought I was actually going to cook today, even though there is way too many leftovers that he won't eat.  He even complained about the chicken I made yesterday.

I decided to make myself a lettuce salad with chopped cukes, yellow squash, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, chicken, and cottage cheese with Ranch Dressing.

For breakfast J had a banana and several peanut butter cookies and coffee.

For late lunch J and Jon had wings - Jon had one helping and J had two. They also had waffle fries. I had some fried curds with them, a small salad and some slices of beef brisket.

I wanted something to put in my belly and a mint chocolate chip Klondike Bar did not do it.  I decided to heat some of the pasta mixture in a bowl and heated it up.  It has bow tie pasta, sliced mushrooms, sliced cukes & yellow summer squash, diced onions and green peas.  I added butter and Mexican Taco Cheese.  It is not bad.

"You know Who" would never eat this.  lol!

J had grilled hot dogs for lunch with chips. Jon had leftover chicken nuggets and fries and cheese curds. I made a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. J has been chowing on peanut butter cookies.

For dinner J made Jon a homemade pizza and us a homemade Calzone. He does pretty well and I just chop up all the ingredients.

I decided this morning I was going to make a bow tie pasta salad ~ well did not think how big bow ties get after boiled.  I had already cut up fresh veggies.  It is a big bunch so now I am thinking about what I am going to do with all the extra.  I did not make a pasta salad yet.  I did dump in a can of peas.  I will deal with it tomorrow.  I may turn some of it into some kind of casserole.

For tonite's menu I baked a whole seasoned chicken with quartered potatoes, carrots, and celery.  Also stuffed chicken and made home made gravy.  Of course we all know who will and will not eat.

For lunch I made burgers and on mine I loaded up with veggies, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo and ketchup. Jon had two patties on his with cheese and onions. J had one with two slices of cheese and onions and ketchup and pickles and put on 4 slices of double cut bacon! I had been saving them for Jon. Also made some fries and nuked some chicken nuggets for Jon. I made 20 and Jon was full so he did not have any. J had six on top of the other part of his meal. SMH

For dinner they came with Popeye's chicken sandwiches, large boxes of fries and huge sweet teas. I used leftover taco meat and made an enchilada and a taco and added cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and sauce. I also warmed up my white rice and added onions, diced carrots and a bit of sauce. It was so good and so filling. I also made two batches of peanut butter cookies. I think J ate half of them already.

I made myself a lettuce salad with diced green peppers, chopped onion with sliced cukes & yellow squash with Cottage cheese and Ranch dressing.  I also had the rest of the sour cream ham & cheese pasta salad.    Don is on his own.  Plenty of left overs.

Picky people who do not work for a living, have no right to complain when food is made.  Yes, Don is on one of his tangents.  He does not want to tell me what he wants but quick to complain when I make something.  I told him, done with your crap You make food 3 times a week and I will make food 3 times a week.  Needless to say this did not go over very well.

I made Roast beef Shepard's pie and sour cream ham & cheese pasta salad.  It tastes WONDERFUL.  He can suck up his peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  You won't catch me eating that crap

You do  realize Gina, that J had to do something with the leftover batter.  You can't waste beer *LOL*  Besides how else is he going to follow his "cutting carbs out" *GRIN*

I decided to make myself some breakfast.  Don of course is still in bed (must be nice).  I decided to make myself 2 slices of buttered toast and a 2-egg ham, cheese, & mushroom omelet

**I decided I wanted a Mint Chocolate Klondike Bar for dessert

Right now I am snacking on Ruffles Lime & Jalapeno chips dipped in Dill Pickle dip.  I had the last 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich and also dipped that in the dip.  Pretty darn good

This is the third time I am trying to post this.

I made cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I had one and they each had two.

For lunch I warmed up sausage patties and a hash brown patty for Jon as well as made him toast and two eggs.

We were supposed to have leftovers today for a late lunch. So J went to Kwik Trip and Got a box of fried chicken. He ate 4 large breasts and had a big container of mashed potatoes and gravy. He also had me make him a salad. I used stuff in the fridge and made a salad and also had some cottage cheese with onions, some rice with steamed veggies and gravy and a bit of chicken and a bit of leftover beef. Hoping that Jon will have some of the leftover Polo ala Crema.
