For breakfast J made biscuits and sausage gravy. Smelled up the whole house. Jon had a bit. J ate the rest.
For lunch J grabbed cookies and coffee. I had a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo.
For dinner we had a family pizza night and Jon had a pizza and J and I had a Calzone. J made it with cheese, onions, ham, pepperoni and sausage with black olives. Turned out pretty good.

Looks like Don opened up a can of ravioli last night and did not eat much of it.
I am having a lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes, shredded colby jack cheese and blue cheese dressing for breakfast before work. I figure I need a little something as I will be cleaning carpets today.

For lunch J made 2 chicken salad sandwiches on toast and then made a peanut butter sandwich. He and Jon went out for wings and Spotted Cow for dinner. For lunch Jon warmed up three slices of lasagna and a slice of garlic bread.
For dinner I had a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. I also made chocolate chip, caramel and walnut cookies.

I called it! Don showed up at 6:30 pm and asked what is for supper. I said I am tired and I hurt so I made pizza. He went back outside and slammed the door. He can't even make more ice when he empties the trays. Boo Hoo

My butt is dragging and actually got to leave work an hour earlier because of all the cleaning I was doing and hurting like the dickens.
Don will have to get over it, I am making a Tombstone Supreme Pizza. I added more pepperoni and topped with shredded colby jack cheese. He was not home when I got here, so could not ask what he wanted, but he took way more ice than usual and I am sure alot of beer and did not even make more ice. SMH

Yesterday I made chicken leg quarters in the crock pot with quartered potatoes and butternut squash. The chicken ended up being so fall apart done, it fell right off the bones, so I deboned it and had chicken sandwiches

For lunch Jon had red beans and rice with sliced up sausage. J made two chicken salad sandwiches and I made an over easy egg with a slice of toast.
For dinner Jon warmed up lasagna and garlic bread and J and I had leftover meatloaf with corn and he had the rest of the potatoes and I had cottage cheese with onions. J is now working his way through a bag of soft caramels.

J made full English Breakfast. He made his own bacon rashers. We also had English Toasting Bread, has brown triangles, eggs and Heinz British Beans.
For dinner I made my Easy Peasy Lasagna and homemade garlic bread. I also got the guys Chianti. Then at like 9 PM J wanted Dairy Queen and I ended up running in to get it because between the chianti and the Flexeril I did not want him to drive.

I am eating leftover meatloaf. Don does not like leftovers and of course drunk as always. I made cheeseburger hamburger helper. Now I have to suffer with that is not what I want to eat. But does not want to make his own food. OMG

Re: What's For Dinner (or any other meal) 2024
I had leftovers. At 9pm Don asked what was for supper. I told him leftovers and started naming what was in fridge. He said "F" it and went to bed. Maybe he should learn how to make his own food. I hate wasting any kind of food. Of course Don was slurring his words pretty heavily

This morning Jon had the leftover pizza and J and I had breakfast. J had two eggs, two slices of toast, 4 slices of bacon and a large serving of hash browns with onions. I had 1 egg, 1 slice of toast and a small serving of hash browns with onion.
For dinner I made Jon soft shell tacos loaded with cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and sauce. I had mine on a bed of lettuce. J decided he did not want that so I made him chicken salad on toast and he finished a bag of Wavy Lays.

First Day back at Bible Camp. We had turkey sandwiches (tofurky deli slices for vegetarians) with Provolone Cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, & mustard. Also had Lettuce Salad mix and a pasta salad.
For Supper I had a piece of Fish (the pescatarian did not want all the fish that was cooked), garlic bread, faux chicken patty (YUK), and lettuce salad.

I am making breakfast today because I work at the Bible Camp today and don't know when I will be home or if I will eat what they make.
I am making pork sausage links, fried eggs, and toast with butter. Don (if he eat) will have peanut butter on his toast

Re: What's For Dinner (or any other meal) 2024
Of course Don did not eat but it looks like he did eat some of the banana bread I made. I also noticed that he has been eating the mini ice cream bars that I bought and forgot about because they are in the freezer on the porch. I am thinking about making myself a beef summer sausage sandwich with lettuce and mayo.
*** While making my sandwich, Don woke up (yes he watched the game and went to sleep on the couch) and asked what I "was into", meaning now what am I eating. I told him and offered to make one for him. He declined. Then got up and had more banana bread with butter then back to sleep on the couch.

J has eaten all day. Had a bacon sandwich for breakfast. Had a cheeseburger and chips for lunch. Had some of the pizza we brought home for dinner. Had coffee and a banana and caramels just now.
Jon and I each had one enchilada and one hard shell taco for lunch with refried beans and rice and veggies. Also chips and salsa. For dinner we had a pizza and beer battered cheese curds. Yummy.

Making Roast beef with carrots, celery, and yellow summer squash in crock pot. Thought it was done and realized it was not fall apart done and turned pot on high. I forgot that I unplugged the crock pot. OOPS. Also going to have left over stuffing and mashed potatoes from last night
