Don came home and complained supper was not made (at almost 10 pm).  I told him I would make what he wanted.  He never told me then when I was going to my room to go to bed (he was already on the couch covered up) he said he wanted 4 eggs over easy.  I said good that is all I have.  He never eats that many but then he said never mind because he does not want to "interrupt my program" since I am going to bed.  What an ARSE

J made his breakfast hash. We all had some. He had two big helpings with 2 slices of toast.

For lunch I made him chicken salad sandwiches and a bowl of grapes. Made Jon some more egg salad. I had some grape tomatoes and carrots.

For dinner I made a Seasoned Pork Loin Roast with German Salt Potatoes with Onions and Panchetta. Also some mushroom gravy and 6 ears of sweet corn. J had 3 ears on his own.

Got tired of waiting on Don to decide what he wants.  He went down to Scotty's after he ran out of beer.  I cut up some yellow summer squash slices and cuke slices and added Sour Cream & Dill weed

There was not much mac & cheese left, so I ate it, cold, for breakfast.  Did not dare put it in Microwave and wake up Don.

Made thick cut pork chops in crock pot with potatoes and cream of mushroom soup.  Also made gravy from the juices and left over mac & cheese

Yesterday I had left over baked mac & cheese.  Don did not eat anything.  Beer was more important

Last night we had my baked mac & cheese.  Brit made chicken legs (did not tell her I don't like chicken that way, but it is the thought that counts) and corn on the cob  She did not know Don cant eat it that way and I am not a fan but I at a cob anyway.
Got a text a little before midnight that they were out of mac & cheese,  I told them to take most of it but Brit did not.  I will be eating mac & cheese for a few days.  Piper called while Don was mowing and said that my mac & cheese was out of this world

J has had sandwiches and chips twice today. I also found him snacking on cold French Fries and pineapple juice. My plan is to make him a salad for dinner with cut up grilled chicken and his other favorite toppings.

For lunch Jon had a heated sausage sandwich with sauce and cheese and some fries. He is planning on having my leftover lasagna and garlic bread for dinner. I am warming up my leftover steak, a slice of toast and the rest of my American fries with onions.

We went to our favorite Italian place and I had lasagna, salad and garlic bread. I brought most of mine home. J had his usual sausage patty sandwich with fries and a salad. Jon got a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a salad. They also got a huge thing of cheese bread and most of that came home with us. They also had two Spotted Cows. I had a soda. I see leftovers in our future.

Wow.

I made an egg and toast for lunch. J had two eggs and two slices of toast.

For dinner J made a marinated huge pork roast and he decided to use our panini press to make Cubans. I also made seasoned fries for them. I added lettuce, tomato and onions to my sandwich.

I don't think Debbie cooked the chicken tenders long enough.  They were really soggy and floppy.  The mac and cheese would have been better off serving noodles with butter on the side.  Then she ran out of veggies before doing the dining hall.

For dinner they had Beer battered fish with steak fries and rye bread. I warmed up kebabs and veggies and seasoned rice.
