Better than Thanksgiving Day Layered Leftovers

All I can say is I hope that Don can appreciate all the effort that I am putting into his food menus.  I won't lie, it is very time consuming.  Soft foods are included in his diet, as long as no chewing is involved.  For the turkey, you will need to finely mince the turkey so it can be swallowed without chewing.  He has not tried this, as it is in the oven right now.  He is able to snitch the stuffing and swallow that without chewing, so we are slowly making progress.
