Individual Shepard's Pie Made with Leftovers

Preheat oven to broil.
Melt butter in a large non stick pan over medium heat with cubed beef. Add in vegetables and gravy. Cook, stirring often, just until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
Spray the inside of individual baking dishes with non stick spray. Spoon the beef/veggie mixture into each baking dish. Top each one with mashed potatoes. If desired place a small dot of butter on top of the mashed potatoes.
Place under broiler until mashed potatoes are browned, about 3 minutes.
