Quiche Made With Leftovers

[*]Prepare the crust according to the direction on the packaging. Brown the ham, onion and olive oil in a pan over medium heat until onions are translucent. In a bowl combine the ham mixture with the cheese and seasonings. Once combined, add to pie crust. Beat eggs and milk and pour into pie crust. Bake on 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

- 1 pie crust (we use store brand frozen crusts- prepare according to package)
- 1 C. diced ham
- 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 an onion, diced
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. olive oil
