Don ate most of the squash and the rest of the Lasagna yesterday ~
Today I made a batch of meatloaf with diced tomatoes, onions, seasonings and marble jack cheese. Had enough to freeze some for another day. Not sure what else I am going to make with it.

Told Don it was left over lasagna or the chili that was in freezer and I also made a butternut squash. I ate half the squash and some lasagna

I made a mexican street corn pizza. Nothing to get excited about. Glad I did not have to buy it. Lots of beer and twisted to to celebrate Don turning 60 yesterday.

Too funny! I made Manwich yesterday for supper. I had one and then used some of it on Tortillas.

When I got home from the hospital, I had tortillas and salsa. Looks like Don made himself Peanut Butter and strawberry jelly sandwiches. When I got up at 9:15 pm, I decided to make Zatarains Jambiya with Andouille sausage. I was in my glory! Rice, Andouille, and "Slap YA MAMA" hot sauce. Don hates all 3. Of course I hate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Started the usual what do you want to eat. Don said whatever you want and I told him that if I make what I want, you refuse to eat. Then said I would make salisbury steaks. He said "you mentioned sirloin steaks?" make those, so that is what I am making. I put them in the oven with beef broth like I did with the steaks in the crock pot. They come out more tender and easier for him to chew with his 7 teeth.

I made cheeseburgers and home made fries for supper at 5:40 pm Don had a fit that it was not 6pm yet. He is usually in bed by 6 or 6:30 alot of nights.
Got home from the laundry mat a bit ago and combined left over tator tot casserole with the left over tomato soup. It was pretty good.

I brought home 2 Steak, egg, and cheese biscuits. Nothing to get excited about. I am not a fan of bagel sandwiches, that is why I chose the biscuit and the biscuit was so crumbly.
