The guys are having meatball subs again to use things up. I am having an over easy egg and sour dough toast. I may have seconds. I had cereal for lunch.

Looks like we will be having Manwich and home made fries. Don't tell Don that I am throwing in the leftover taco meat.

I made breakfast and Don actually sat down and ate with me.
I made deep fried hash brown patties, pork link sausages, toast, and fried eggs.

We did the "Open Season" on the fridge. I had left over roast, potatoes, and carrots with McD BLT sauce. Looks like Don had left over salisbury steaks. I am tryiny to decide what to make for today. Leaning towards a casserole to get rid of leftovers in fridge. Will decide later.

The guys are using leftovers to make meatball subs. I have already had my Ensure, had some Chex Mix and String Cheese and also some celery and a small V8. I am going to have an over easy egg and toast for dinner. Am eating more and feeling stronger.

The guys are having Papa Murphy's pizzas. They messed Jon's up. I am going to try a slice and then maybe have an egg and toast.

Making Beef Sirloin Tip Roast with potatoes, onions, and baby carrots in slow cooker, so food will be done later but I bet someone won't eat when it is done

I finally ended up making a frozen Salisbury steak entrée from Aldi's. I made 2 sandwiches and had the rest of the lettuce from the tacos, with some tomatoes and chopped onions and added salsa. It was pretty good. Looks like after I went to bed, Don ate his breakfast sandwich I brought home and half of one of the salisbury steaks.

Jon warmed up taco meat and used up the lettuce and onions and Mexican Cheese to make soft shell tacos. J isn't eating yet. I actually made myself an over easy egg and a slice of toast and had a handful of peanuts. It was good!

I brought home Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits from work this morning. I had one and an apple fritter. Of course he refused to eat/ Ran to town to drop off diced apples to donate to Valley of the Kings and he was mad when I headed home on back roads and did not buy "Teas". I made myself a cup of Constant Comment Tea by Bigelow. Still working on that and he is on his 3rd can of beer.

I made Tacos with ground beef and also cooked up a thing of Chorizo. Chopped Onions, tomatoes, lettuce, sliced a lemon, and made a small amount of avocado dip. Looks like once again Don did not eat what I made but I see the Quarter Pounder with Cheese that I brought home for him (that he said he would not eat) was gone.

J is making homemade meatball subs for dinner. I had my Ensure Plus shake with half a homemade cinnamon roll. (It was hard to eat because J burned them and the icing as well.)

Making Soup du Jour ala leftovers. Been freezing beef bases, leftover meats, veggies, etc. Love to donate to Valley of the kings but down to one job and money is now tighter. Don't tell Don that I thought one container was beef gravy. Turned out to be Salsa Verde *LOL* also leftover spaghetti sauce.

Thought about grilled cheese and tomato soup but ended up making Totino Pepperoni Pizza Rolls. Was much easier and not much effort.

I slept all but about 1.5 hours before going back to work. I did wake up around 3pm and made some scrambled eggs with sautéed onions on a tortilla with salsa. No clue what Don ate
