I am making Banquet Salisbury Steaks with baked potatoes and french green beans.  I know he MIGHT eat this, cuz it is the only frozen entrée he will eat, just a question of when.  I noticed that the ball park beef franks and the cheddar stuffed polish sausage links are slowly going down.

I made 3 bacon wrapped pork filets and found a 1/2 seasoned pork tenderloin that I slow cooked in oven.  Made baked potatoes and green beans.  Guess who decided drinking was more important.  He didn't want to "kill" his buzz.

The guys are having leftovers. Jon made a huge sandwich and some steak fries that he seasoned. J made a blue plate special with pork, gravy and potatoes. He also made some oatmeal raisin cookies. I had jello.

I made plain McRib patties.  I put mine on toast with Imperial Margarine, Seafood cocktail sauce (thought I grabbed BBQ) and horseradish mustard.  Made another one when I got up a bit ago.  Once again Don does not like what I made.  Looks like he ate half a one.  He goes through so much junk food that he probably does not have an appetite for real food

I got up last night and ate a bunch of shelled pistachios while I was on the computer.

I had a sausage patty and 3 McDonald pancakes that I brought home.  I made an extra sausage because Don said he did not want anything but I knew he would take the extra one and I was right.

I am making a portion of a large ham I bought for lunch.  No idea what for a potato or veggies yet, but Strawberry Rhubarb pie for dessert

Made a crock pot chuck steak with potatoes and Strawberry Rhubarb pie for dessert.  Don actually made a sandwich out of the steak.  Then off to bed he went.

Don has not eaten what he wanted me to make the last few days so when he asked what I was making, I told him absolutely nothing.   Looks like he had the rest of the meatloaf and possibly a Polish Sausage Link with cheddar cheese.  I got up around 6pm and made a small taco.

Today I wanted Tacos.  I made my own taco seasoning.  I looked at a few "recipes"  and created what I thought would better suit us.  Turned out amazing.  I did squeeze a Kiwi Lime in because it was getting close to tossing out.  not really sure how that affected the flavor since this is my maiden voyage.
