Had shredded beef and cheese quesadillas with rice, veggies and refried beans with sour cream and pico. Also salsa and chips. Chocolate covered cashews for dessert. The guys will have their Popeyes sandwiches for dinner and I will probably have leftovers.

Came home from work and made 3 breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, chopped up radishes, salsa, seasonings, and cheese on flour tortillas.

We went out for breakfast. Had an egg, toast, sausage patties and American fries. For dinner I made brats, potato salad, baked beans and had some chips. J want dessert. With all that food he still wants more. Guess I need to bake over the weekend.

When I got home from work, I had my Cheesy Bacon Jalapeno Double Quarter Pounder and 2 packages of PO-LO Duck flavored Asian Noodles.  Was in bed by 11am.  Now having a package of Chicken Picante Ramens, a few slices of summer sausage and a hand full of peanuts.

No clue what Don had, he was in bed before 6pm

I did not eat until dinner. J had banana and coffee for breakfast and then had two sloppy joes and half a bag of Wavy Lays for lunch. For dinner I made soft shell tacos I had mine on a bed of lettuce instead with sauce. Pretty good. Then J decided he wanted Dairy Queen so he sent Jon and I. I had a small blizzard. It was pretty good.

We got back late from Janesville and I had to work. I had a couple of beers and Spicy Beef Fire Bowl Ramens.  I made hot dogs for Don.  He ate 1 1/2.  I ate 2 before work.

When I came home a little before 4am, I had IndoMie Instant Noodles - Mi goreng Hot & Spicy Stir Fry Noodles.  They were pretty darn good.  I will have to pick up more at the Asian Grocery next time I am in Janesville.

We had breakfast out today. Had steaks, American fries, toast and eggs. I have not been hungry after eating half of that. When the guys get home I have leftover sloppy joes, pizza, olive loaf for sandwiches, chips and dip and leftover steak from two meals. Cookies for dessert.

I made 2 veggie cheeseburgers for me and 2 beef cheeseburgers for Don and also made tator tots.  Don ate one of his burgers.  I had both veggie burger with guac, fried onions, and raw onions.  Just ate the other beef patty a little bit ago, straight out of the fridge

I am having the pasta salad I made yesterday.  Thinking about making a veggie burger of some type.

Made Tuna salad at Don's request.  He may have some egg salad.  Told him if he does not eat it by tomorrow, I will toss it out.

For dinner, J is supposed to grill rib eyes and I am making steak fries with seasoning and also grilled toast with grainy mustard and maybe salads.

I had a summer sausage and swiss cheese sandwich when I came home from work

I cut up and making a smoked sausage ring and tossed in a couple of hot dogs for lunch.  We have baked beans left over to go with them.

I am also making a veggie pasta salad with cucumber, radishes, carrots, and onions.  Using Rotini Pasta noodles.  Not sure, but probably will use ranch dressing and seasonings

I took the rest of the leftover potatoes, some chopped onions, chicken ramens, taco meat, left over mushroom sauce from chicken, fresh cilantro leaves, and who knows what else.  It turned out pretty good.  Don said he may make a taco.  I had a couple of slices of summer sausage and eating mini twist pretzels.

We ate breakfast in Fond du Lac and had steak and eggs, toast and American Fries. For late lunch we ate at the Mineshaft and I had steak, baked potato, salad and onion straws. The guys had all you can eat fish and chips. They are saying they need dinner. OMG I told them they can warm up leftovers.

I cut up leftover potatoes and carrots, added some of the mushroom sauce that was left over.  Added Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.  Turned out really good.  wanted to add some cilantro but did not feel like cutting it up.  Looks like Don has been eating blueberry muffins.  Last night he made himself a chicken sandwich with the leftover chicken that he did not eat.  Wonder what he will eat tonite.  Still a burger with swiss cheese and hot dogs that have not been opened yet.

Depends on what the guys want. Apparently they spent the day eating junk food. I was planning on soft shell tacos but it may be leftover meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes with corn and with gravy. Lots of fruit salad leftover too.

I origianlly planned and made stuff for soft shell tacos this morning.  It was still pretty cool outside, so I decided to make cheeseburgers 2 with swiss cheese and 2 with american cheese, tator tots, and Bush's country style baked beans.  I also had the rest of the cottage cheese that was in the fridge.

Yesterday I used the slow cooker.  I made chicken leg quarters with potatoes, onions, and carrots and put cream of mushroom soup over all of it.  Don ate some of his leg quarter.

Right now, Don is sleeping.  I am making a "doctored up" Tombstone Pizza Supreme.  I added more pepperoni and some Mexican Style Taco Cheese.  It should be done before the fireworks start in town.  We can see most of them from our porch.
