Made an egg and toast for lunch and had my V8 with veggies. I sent the guys to get Jersey Mike's subs because they are giving all the profits to charity today.

I brought home Sausage, egg, &cheese McGrills and hash browns home.  Don still has not eaten his hash brown but looks like he also ate the Hamburger Helper Leftovers.  I only ate what I brought home from work.

Went to laundry mat about 1:45am.  Came home and made 20 totina pepperoni and sausage pizza rolls.  Dipped them in ranch and bbq sauce.  They are not as good as the use to be.  Now I am nibbling on waffle pretzels dipped in ranch.

I had an egg and toast and V8 juice for lunch. We are going to doctor up Papa Murphy's pizzas for dinner. They have a special on Tuesdays.

J made frosted rolls for breakfast and I had a protein shake. For lunch they had leftovers and I made an egg and toast and snacked on V8 and veggies. For dinner they are having andouille sausage and red beans and rice. I am not sure what I will make.

When I got home from work today, I toasted a bagel and buttered it.  Made an egg and used 2 slices of cheese and made my own Bagel Breakfast sandwich.  Pretty darn good

Yesterday was "Open Season".  I did not feel like making anything nor feel like eating but ended up eating a Big Mac and cheeseburger that I brought homw from work.  Looks like Don had the other Big Mac

Topday I am making home made french fries and Terry Bradshaw Cheddar and Bacon Beef Burgers.

J is making chicken fried steak and I am just having a cube steak sandwich. He is also making his garlic mashed potatoes and brown gravy. too much for me. We did have breakfast this morning. We had eggs, toast and hash browns with onions and J had several slices of bacon.

I had a fire bowl of spicy beef ramens and a pack of beef ramens for breakfast.  I am making pork steaks in the slow cooker, baked potatoes and not sure for a veggie yet.

Today I had beef ramens with a raw egg put into it and pasta salad for breakfast.  I am eating an apple fritter.

Lots of leftovers already in fridge again.  Don can fend for himself.  He definately won't starve

Made Beef Pasta Hamburger Helper (too tired to make the pork steaks).  Don thought that would be a good idea.  Of course I ate and went to bed.  He decided to make a Screamin' Sicillian Pizza.  It is pretty good.  I had to try it.  I will be buying more of them when they are on sale

We went out for breakfast today. Got eggs, toast and really good American fries. For dinner I warmed up lasagna and garlic bread, Jon had pizza and J had leftover pork cutlets with gravy and the German salt potatoes with two rolls. I still have a serving of my stuff left.

Condon left and I made dinner.  Of course, Don did not feel like eating.  Another news flash surprise.  He did nibble on stuff after I went to bed around 4pm or so.  I had 5 or 6 beers, so I was over my limit.  That does not happen often.

We went to Tony's with Wayne and his daughter for dinner. I had salad and lasagna with garlic bread and brought most of it home. His portions are huge.

Planning on making a chuck steak with baked potatoes-butter-sour cream, Asparagus cooked in Milk, made a Ranch veggie pasta salad with a new twist, and want to make cole slaw, however Condon arrived about 25 minutes ago.  Deciding if I should take a nap or try to stay up.

I decided to cut up some turkey and put it in leftover mashed potatoes with some of the jelled turkey base and heated it up and made my "turkey soup special".  It would have been better with mixed veggies but did not feel like creating more leftovers in fridge.  I will be freezing stuff today.

For breakfast, of course Don did not want to eat, so I took the last 2 hard boiled eggs, added some chopped cooked bacon from the freezer, added some mozarella cheese and salsa and heated it up.  I normally would cheddar or something like that but I need to finish off the mozarella or freeze it.

I got up around 9pm and had waffle pretzels dipped in Jalepeno and Cilantro Hummus.  Looks like Don finished off his Little Debbie Nutty Bars.  Did not touch any leftovers in fridge.

I did not make anything for lunch.  I went to sleep at 11am.  Not much fun on a day off when Condon had already been here for a couple hours and still here after I woke up.

Doubt will be cooking tonite either

Yeah, as long as he is now working he likes to cook but hates to clean up. They had cheeseburgers for lunch and I had an egg and toast. I think we are having doctored pizzas for dinner.

Interesting how J never cooked and now he is actually cooking more.

I had a Steak, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle later last night.  Was pretty darn good.

This morning I brought home burritos and apple fritters.  I had 2 burritos and an apple fritter heated up.  Don's are in the fridge.  Right now snacking on Cafe style tortilla chips and my home made Guac.

Sounds good Dawn. We had leftover breakfast hash for lunch and for dinner J made breaded and pounded pork cutlets with German salt potatoes with bacon and onions and gravy, biscuits and  baked German pretzel with cheese sauce. I did not want the pork so made a couple eggs.

I am tryinmg to be inovative with left overs.  I really did not want to make a turkey casserole.  I ended up creating a Taco Casserole with bow tie pasta, left over taco meat, chopped onions, salsa, hot sauce and chili powder. Then I baked it slow in oven and topped with sharp cheddar cheese.  Turned out pretty darn good
