J wanted sweet rolls so for breakfast I made frosted cinnamon rolls. For lunch I made ham and cheese sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo with chips. For dinner we had breaded pork cutlets with seasoned tator tots and I made a small salad. Frosted chocolate chip cookies.

I heated up the left over chicken thigh and Don is eating some Pringles that I bought for him. Not sure what I will be doing for supper yet.

Making seasoned baked chicken thighs and potatoes.
Don had some leftover pork steak, but had a hairy fit when I said I was on my last beer because of acid reflux and wanted to eat a biscuit. Jerk Wad!

Got some broasted chicken for the guys, and I had some beef roast and gravy I had in the freezer with white rice. Also made salads and for me steamed veggies and cottage cheese with onions and pickled beets. Made some mini chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

That "Son of a Biscuit"! I found Don's steak and potato. He barely touched it and it was in the back of the fridge. That is why he opened up the can of ravioli and ate about half of it.
I just got up a bit ago. Made myself a black bean burger on a bun with sour cream, 2 slices of Daikon, and green pepper slices. Added a little marinara sauce on it as well. Earlier I had a couple of slices of Zucchini bread I made in the wee hours of this morning.
Looks like Don had egg salad and a couple slices of the Strawberry Cheesecake Strudel.

The guys went to Burger King for lunch. I made a ham and cheese sandwich with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions and a few chips. For dinner I am making the Cheesy Rice Casserole with sliced veggies and some crackers on the side. Creme horns for dessert.

I made a beef taco on a soft shell with shredded cheddar, sliced onion, sliced green pepper, sliced Daikon, and salsa before we left for Janesville.
I planned to have T-Bone steaks on the grill, baked potatoes in microwave and asparagus in milk. I made the potatoes and asparagus. Don grilled the steaks and over cooked them. I was p*ssed. He would not eat when I ate, so I ate in the house. It was not a good steak. I think he may have gotten mad when I told him that I don't let him cook pork chops on grill anymore because he "always dries them out". He did not like to hear that one. Looks like he ate his steak and made a can of ravioli.
I just ate the asparagus that was in fridge. I did not eat any earlier.

I had an egg and toast for lunch and for dinner I made soft shell tacos with cheese, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and sauce. I had mine on a bed of lettuce. Made really good dessert! I took vanilla ice cream and crumbled up brownies and topped with chocolate sauce. Nice use of stuff we already had.

I made 3 Beef and Cheese Chimichangas that were in the freezer. I will eat one as soon as they cool down. It will be "leftovers" to eat for later. I would rather cook at night when it is cool outside and reheat in microwave later. Apple fritter for dessert.

I had Fire Bowl Spicy Beef ramens around 1am yesterday. For my other meal, I ended up sautéing zucchini and mushrooms and added scrambled eggs and topped with salsa No idea what Don had. There were still some fish in fridge and he has other stuff.

I had French Onion Soup with cheese and a salad for lunch. They guys had double cheeseburgers with fries and for dinner we had homemade clubs. Italian bread, bacon, turkey, ham, Colby Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Honey mustard dressing with chips. Really turned out well. The rest of the pecan chocolate squares for dessert.

We had soft shell tacos for lunch. I laid out tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and sour cream and sauces. Jon also warmed up some of salt potatoes.
For dinner I am making chicken tikka and rice pilaf and also warming up my beef stew and rice. Also got some pitas. Earlier for a treat I got J and Jon milkshakes and I got a brownies and ice cream sundae.

I made a 4 meat Lotza Motza pizza.. Really did not want it but needed to make something for Don. I also boiled 4 eggs for Don. There are no leftovers or much of anything in fridge. I pulled out some ball park franks and a box of apple fritters, as well. I really don't feel like making fried veggies or a pasta salad right now
I decided to make a package of Wai Wai Asian noodles. It has a nice spicy taste and has shrimp, cod, squid, and some other flavoring in it.
