We had breakfast for dinner. I had two eggs, toast and hash browns with onions. J had the same but added 5 slices of bacon and coffee. I just made Jon a pizza because he is starving lol

Slow cooked a ham steak in oven with brown sugar and pineapple chunks. Made asparagus in milk and baked potatoe. Don did not eat.
Found out he has been eating the spagetti and meatballs and beefaroni in a can that I bought for him

Went to a buffet. I had a small deck of cards size steak, a small slice of meatloaf and a couple shrimp with Jasmine rice and gravy, steamed veggies, salad bar with cottage cheese, and a cupcake and a cookie slice. I brought home 4 tiny sugar cookies and a small cookie slice. It was so good.

Yesterday I made a Banquet sliced turkey and gravy dinner. Was planning on having turkey and gravy over mashed potatoes. OMG! The turkey slices are not thin cut like they use to. It looks like they made a small sausage roll and sliced off of that. It looked like the turkey pieces were curling up into a scoop shape. It says suppose to feed 6. I don't know what kind of six. Won't be buying that again.

I made hamburger and dirty rice tonight. I also cut up some tomatoes for a side. Jon cannot eat so he got a vanilla shake.

Had an egg and toast with my protein shake. Had a ham and cheese with lettuce, tomato and onions and mayo with my V8 for lunch. The guys are having fried chicken for dinner and I think I will warm up my leftover steak for dinner.

Stopped at Arby's in Rosco, IL to grab something to eat. Rissa had the Beef and Bacon burger large meal, I had the Beef Gyro regular size meal, and bought Don a Double Beef and Cheddar burger.

Of Course Don turned his nose up. No idea what he ate but that dish turned out really good. I might have some when I get back from Rockford and add a little salsa to it.
I made fish sticks and dipped them in Ranch Dressing when I got home from the laundry mat

Sounds good Dawn. I know that cheesy rice dish I make is like that. I also make it with pasta. So cheap. Way better than Hamburger Helper.
We had Chinese buffet for lunch, so egg drop soup, pork fried rice, egg fu young, glass noodles, shrimp, etc. And I also got to have red jello, pineapple and little cakes. Jon had Wendy's for lunch and J made cheeseburgers when they got home. Way too many burgers for them today.

Getting tired of Ramens. I will never stop eating them but need a little more nutrition. I am saute green pepper, yellow summer squash and onions. Adding left over taco meat. Making Kraft Creamy Tpmatp Shells Pasta sides and will combine all together and then bake for aout 15 minutes with cheese on top. Generic Hamburger Helper at it's most creative moment

Did not cook and told Don he was on his own. He came in about the time I was going back to bed and complained there was nothing to eat and that I had not cooked in 3 days. He knows how to cook. Maybe stop drinking for a bit and make a pizza or pizza rolls.
I am snacking on sausage & pepperoni pizza rolls right now.

J had leftover sausage and red beans and rice and Jon had some sliders with cheese and some fries. I used up some old sub bread and ham and cheese, lettuce, onions, tomato slices and mayo and made a small sub with some chips. It was so good.

Don did not eat. Made brats and tator tots. However, when I came home from work looks like he ate half a brat. Told him leftovers today. I am having biscuits and gravy. Had a Deluxe Spricy McCrispy Chicken for breakfast. He has lots of options, brats, tator tots, biscuits & gravy, tacos, peanut butter & jelly. He is not starving.

Made Tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, shredded cheese, hot sauce, and pickled red peppers. Only had one thing of Taco mix so improvised and it tastes more authentic and not the tomato base taste. Really don't feel like eating right now. I won't tell Don that we had a McChicken that I ate at work last night.
