I am making the "Meaty Rigatoni Bake" posted in "Cooking for 2".  Of course I did not totally follow directions.  Will post changes in the recipe section.  I actually realized it was easier to make a double batch and freeze one without having to cook it.  That way I use the whole can of spaghetti sauce not just half and same with pork.  It is in the oven right now cooking.  No energy to do the german potato salad today.

Decided to make tacos on soft tortilla shells with ground beef, chopped onions, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, home made guacamole, salsa, and hot sauce.  Tortilla chips on the side.

Yesterday I made bacon cheese burgers (2 with American and 2 with swiss).  I wanted swiss but did not know if Don would eat one.  Looks like he ate one of each.  Also made potato salad and ham & cheese pasta salad.

Made my ham and cheese with veggies for lunch. For dinner J made fried chicken, Jon made seasoned tots and I made salads. Egg donuts for dessert I did not have chicken. Bit too greasy for me. I had beans instead.

Chicken Nuggets and McCrispy that I brought home from work.  Don at a McDouble that I brought home from work.  They were "sandwiches made but not needed or made wrong".

Leftovers here. We were supposed to have brisket but that plan fell through. J and Jon finished their Italian sausage sandwiches and Jon had fries. I made a ham and cheese sandwich loaded with veggies. For dinner I may have some of the lasagna. I got creme horns for dessert.

Brought home sausage egg and cheese McMuffins.  I ate mine on the way home from work.  Right now I am eating potato salad.

Looks like Don ate a can of spaghetti and meatballs last night because there is a bowl in fridge with some still in it.  The Lasagna has gone down as well.

Another fend for yourself day.  Tired of Don not eating what I make and there are still leftovers in the fridge.  Tired of wasting food.  Well most really is not wasted.  Some can be donated to Valley of the Kings but I need to worry about me and my finances first.

Had ham and cheese and veggies for lunch. Made soft shell tacos with a taco bar for dinner and some rice pilaf. Later J and I went and got Blizzards. I had not had ice cream since September.

Made a ham and swiss on toast when I got home.  Took a nap after we ran to town.  Now eating leftover brats.  Of course Don did not eat yesterday.  Condon loved the lasagna I sent over.

Pork Chops turned out juicy and tender.  Of course Don did not eat anything.  More worried about drinking.

Just got up a bit ago to work on the site and made myself some fish sticks with tarter sauce.  Don does not like them.

I am making thick pork chops, seasoned with Lawry's season salt, onion powder, and pepper (that I browned first in olive oil) in my pressure cooker with carrots, potatoes, and celery with a turkey broth.  Going to cook Wild Asparagus that we got the other day in milk.
