I had a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin at work this morning.  I ate a spicy crispy chicken when I got home from work and dipped it in ranch dressing

I decided to eat the big mac in the fridge.  Don wants me to bring him home a double quarter pounder with cheese when I get off work at 4pm today.

Right now I am eating tostito chips with plain greek yogurt.  I finished off the small amount of avocado dip I made the other day.  Not sure if I want to eat anything else before I go take a nap.

Don complained about leftovers.  He does not like the goulash because "too many tomatoes".  He did not want the potato salad or pasta salad, "too runny"/  Tolf him to start making his own stuff.  I am done  Should tell hijm to buy his own chocolate milk and little debbie stuff   I also had a firecracker brat.

The guys had way too much Wendy's for lunch. I had a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, mayo, tomato and onions with a few potato sticks.

For dinner plan on doing the doctored up Papa Murphy's pizzas. I also made some peanut butter cookies.

I used to like to make the Hamburger Helper beef pasta and when I could not get it J wanted it but now that I can he doesn't like it anymore.

He made himself a huge breakfast. For lunch I had a corner of a shredded beef and cheese quesadilla and for dinner I am having J cook. He wants chicken piccatta and pasta with capers and white wine. Of course I got the big bottle so they could drink some as well. I will have some and dice up some veggies to go with.

I made my own version of Goulash.  Don seems to like tomato base stuff, so I decided to make this.  He loved what Padre use to make (not me though, but Padre was proud of it).  I used Bolognese meat from Kwik Trip, left over taco meat, elbow noodles, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, Diced tomatoes, 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis (don't tell Don), garlic powder, Italian seasoning and about 1/2 can of Pabst.

I made stuff for soft shell tacos with chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped lettuce, mexican shredded cheddar cheese, taco meat, and salsa.

I made 4 great value pork egg rolls for myself and ate one taco.  Having another round of ramens with hot sauce added.

For breakfast we had toast, biscuits and gravy, small sausage links, orange juice, cranberry juice, and mini chocolate covered donuts for the continetal breakfast.  They had more stuff but we did not need to eat any more.

I forgot the double quarter pounders with cheese.  They were still in fridge.  We each will have one and I also made a lettuce salad with real bacon bits, pepper, cottage cheese, and ranch dressing.
