Even though we have left over meatloaf, decided to make seasoned chicken thighs in the pressure cooker. Also made boxed scallop potatoes in over, we found some wild aspargus on the way home from town today, so I cut it up and added it to the small amount of leftover asparagus. Also made some minute rice. used the 1'2 cup of tomato juice from the dice tomatoes and added some water. Chopped up some fresh parsley, tossed in some diced onions, a splash of PBR, and some fiesta shredded cheese. No intention of cooking tomorrow.

Could not decide on something else to eat for breakfast, so ate a McD chocolate chip cookie.
Made Gordon Fish sandwich patties and baked potatoes (in microwave)
I toasted 2 potato rolls on the gas stove, put mayo on them and sliced up some petite dill pickles. Added American Cheese and tarter sauce. On my baked potato I put butter, sour cream and pepper.
Don snuck one of the fish patties already

Re: What's for Dinner (or any other meal) ~ 2023
looks like Don had a hamburger last night after I went to bed.
Today I am having a McRib with Swiss on a steak roll and I cut another McRib in half on a potato roll with provolone. Both have sweet baby ray bbq on them. Of course buns were toasted on my gas stove top
Once again Don is on his own

Made sandwiches for lunch and plan on going out for fish fry for dinner. I do not care for fish fry so I will see what I will eat. Maybe shrimp or beef.

I decided that I shall make 2 McRibs on toasted steak rolls (using the gas stove). I will butter the buns. On one it will be lettuce, the rest of the diced tomatoes, Milwaukee baby dill pickle slices. The other one will be with provolone cheese one slice on top & one on bottom) with Milwaukee Baby dill pickle slices and warm up to melt cheese.
Don will figure something out, I am sure

Yesterday, I decided to grill early in the morning so that I would not have to cook in the heat. Made Burgers, chicken thighs, and McRibs. Also made my grilled potatoes with onions.
Looks like Don ate the thighs. I had one thigh and a McRib sandwich with butter, tomatoes, onion, on a steak roll. I also had a hamburger with provolone cheese, tomato, onion, on a buttered potato roll and alot of the potatoes.

It's been too hot to want to cook, for the last few days, so we have had many sandwiches, Don had a hard boiled egg or two, what was left of the potato salad and ham & cheese pasta salad I had made and whatever else we felt like eating.
