For breakfast it was eggs, toast, bacon and hash browns with onions. For dinner we are supposed to have Chicken Picatta with linguine and white wine. Creme horns for dessert.

We had burgers this noon. I set up a burger bar with cheese, mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Also made fries. Was going to make brats for dinner but everyone is still full.

For lunch I had leftover chips and queso and the shredded beef and cheese quesadilla and warmed J up some pork, stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes and sweet corn. He has also had several cookies and a breakfast sandwich he made with homemade bacon, egg and cheese.
For dinner we shall be having breaded cube steaks on buns (mine will be plain with no bun), cut off sweet corn and steak fries and also garlic mashed potatoes with brown gravy. Oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Decided I better make a McRib so Don did not complain. I added butter to my bun, home made sliced dill pickles, a slice of cheese, and chopped onions

I made McRibs in oven with Sweet Baby Ray BBQ. Cooked on lower temp so not alot of heat in trailer. Just got done. Got tired of waiting and had a hot dog with mustard, home made dill pickle spear, and chopped onion with butter on the bun and another Cream Dream Dunker Donut for dessert before the hot dog

I had a hot dog with mustard, cheese, diced onions, and jalapenos & some cooked veggies before I took my meds and laid down earlier.
I made Thick cut pork chops in the slow cooker with potatoes, baby carrots, onions, celery, and zucchini. Don actually ate a pork chop before coming to bed. I just got up and put the stuff in a dish. I will eat later. I did snitch some of the cooked veggies and a piece of zucchini bread with REAL butter.

Don once again could not tell me what he wanted to eat but complained about all suggestions. A little before 8pm, I boiled hot dogs (YUK) I ate 3 on a bun with mustard diced onions, Jalapenos, and cheese. Had to heat up the chicken thigh he did not want to eat the other day to try to feel like I actually ate real food.

I had an egg and toast for lunch and for dinner some pasta salad with a roll. Now, J had cookies and coffee for breakfast, two steak sandwiches for lunch with tea and for early dinner he had two slices of pork roast, garlic mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, and stuffing. And he cannot figure out why he had indigestion.

Yesterday I made Salisbury Steak Entree with baked potato. Not sure what else Don added to his meal.
Today I was going to make Lasagna Hamburger Helper. Don made a rude remark and said he would not eat it, so I put the burger back in the freezer and made myself a vegetable stir fry with Napa Cabbage, Daikon, celery, green peppers, onions, and a banana pepper. Then I made some PA-Lo Duck Asian Noodles and put the veggies in it. He can fend for himself

Don was whining about leftovers, so I decided to make a 3 meat pizza and doctored it up with more pepperoni, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. He is still whining. SMH

I had some meatloaf and mashed potatoes before I left for the hospital. Looks like Don had leftovers of some type and a braunschweiger sandwich. He was snacking on Chips before I left
After baby was born, I had to run to taco bell to buy Rissa and Zak a party pack of tacos. OMG $24 bucks later.

You know, Miss Klare had the same problem with Gregg. He was obese, continued to gain weight and diabetic. She found him dead one day when she came home from work Nothing you can do sometimes to change their ways. They have to learn the hard way.
