I ended up also making a salad with sliced radishes and shredded cheese, lettuce and a vinaigrette dressing and Little Bites Fudge Brownies for Dessert.
Don has only been snitching the fries so far.

Thought about making scrambled eggs with chopped liver but decided I really did not feel like eating.
For Lunch/dinner I decided to make Johnsonville Cheddar and Bacon Pork Patties on a bun and homemade french fries.
Don started to complain because they were "Pork Patties" then decided to be quiet and wanted to make sure I pulled buns out of freezer but told him the ones in the fridge are just fine. He will eat thick porkchops so what is the difference other than the patties are easier for him to chew. SMH!

Jon and I did not eat during the day. J ate all day long. He also put flavored whiskey in his coffee this morning.
We went out to eat. J had Prime Rib and complained about it and when they brought him another one he complained about that one too. He said he would not eat it but he did. He also ate rolls, salad, steak fries and half of the appetizer meant for 3. We had rib eyes and I brought half of mine home as well as half my baked potato. I had a salad and a bit of the appetizer.

Decided that today's menu would be baked chicken leg quarters with baby red potatoes, celery chunks, and baby carrots. Also making some home made stuffing with celery and onions and having red beets for a veggie.

Came home this morning and made myself a couple breakfast burritos. Fried up 2 eggs with some chopped onion and a small piece of Don's leftover steak, cut up. Put on tortillas warmed up on the gas stove added Fiesta Cheese, black beans, and Zucchini Salsa

J has been eating all day again and for dinner he made he and Jon Pollo Ala Crema and they had white wine.
For brunch I had over easy eggs, toast, small sirloin and American Fries with onions. For dinner I had leftover steak, toast and American Fries. All told today what I ate amounted to one meal. Creme horns for all for dessert/

Today I had to make 2 separate meals. I made Don 3 Van de Kamp breaded fish filets and 12 mini corn dogs. he can have the leftover scallop potatoes and ham to go with it. I made myself beef liver with fried bacon and onions. It has been so many decades since I had it. I am in heaven right now

Yesterday I made Italian Beef sandwiches and Marie Callendar Scallop potatoes and ham before I had to go to Madison. I ate before I left. The-scallop potatoes and ham and stay on the store shelf. No flavor what-so-ever

J ate all day long. He had a banana and coffee and for lunch he had leftover garlic mashed potatoes and gravy and meatloaf. He ate too much way too fast. Then he had a caramel apple. For dinner he and Jon had Anduie Sausage and red beans and rice with rolls. I had leftover steak, tomato slices, a piece of toast and a few American fries.

Today was a fend for yourself. I was going to make beef liver for me but went to sleep instead. Plenty of leftovers for Don and of course he complained about the roast. He has had many opportunities to get his top teeth pulled and dentures.

Today I made a small chuck roast with baby red potatoes, celery, and baby carrots and also a can of beets. It was done, temp wise, but I did not like the texture so I put it on 200 and slept for 1 1/2 hours. Pulled it out of the oven about 2:30 pm and just ate some now. Don has not touched it. I guess beer was more important today.

Monday I made an OnCor meatloaf. It was pretty good, we shall try that one again. I also made mashed potatoes and corn. Don had a brownie with cream cheese frosting for dessert.

I made soft shell tacos for lunch. Added to the taco tray lettuce, tomatoes, onions, taco sauce and sour cream.
J made dinner. He made his bacon wrapped meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes with gravy and peas. I also warmed up casserole from the other day.

For brunch we had rib eye steaks, American fries with onions, toast and eggs.
For dinner I am planning on leftover beef and cheese sandwiches dipped in Au Jus with Steak Fries. Actually made home made popcorn with butter last night for the first time in a year. It was so good.

Making Tacos with flour tortillas, diced roma tomatoes, chopped onions, black beans, chopped lettuce, salsa, zucchini salsa, shredded Fiesta Cheese blend, tortilla chips, and thinking about making rice (Don hates it). More cookie bars for dessert (and all night long munching)
