J has been eating off and on all day. For dinner I am making a casserole with bow tie pasta, meat sauce and topped with cheese. Also making cheese bread with sauce and apple turnovers for dessert.

J had toast with butter, peanut butter and jam for breakfast with coffee and a banana. For lunch he had an apple turnover. For dinner he had wings and more wings and fries and a beer.

I had some white rice with veggies and a bit of cheese and have to eat something else before bed.

This morning I ordered more steak egg and cheese biscuits.  Tryven is horrible in the kitchen not only is he slower than molasses but also used bagels instead of biscuits.  One time I got breakfast sandwiches with egg shells in them (and they were not small pieces).

So I ate a steak bagel and now eating a bacon egg and cheese bagel that I messed up on an ordered and only gave the guy one, not 2.  You can't even taste the bacon, so I wonder what the point of the breakfast sandwich.

Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

For dinner we had Chicken Picatta with linguine. I also had some of the pasta salad. For dessert we had 7 layer bars.

I had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit when I came home because Don did not want it.  I needed something in my stomach because of the meds and caffeine pill I took.

We were suppose to have sandwiches at the zoo but that did not happen.  No idea if anyone ate, but I did not.  I was too stressed.  Got up about 3am and at the chicken pasta salad thing that Rissa had bought and did not eat or take home with her.

Made a slow cooker meal (but had on high instead of low) Thick cut pork chops with baby red potatoes, cut up onion, cut up Japanese Eggplant, celery, carrots, and seasonings.  I laid down, thought I hit snooze alarm.  Don turned food off.  Chops were dried out.  He won't eat the veggies, but I sure did.

Yesterday I made Salisbury Steak and gravy frozen Entree and Idaho 4 Cheese mashed potatoes.  I also fried some leftover potatoes and carrots and chopped some green onions and celery in.  Don would not eat them, but I loved them.
