Potato Salad Made with Leftover Potatoes

I use leftover mashed or baked potatoes.
I then add about 1/4 cup diced hamburger dills, 1/4 cup onions, salt, white pepper, about two Tbsp. yellow mustard and then add whatever amount of mayo you would like. Stir and let set a bit. J loves it.
