What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2018

Glass Noodles, Fried Rice, Steamed Veggies and Egg Drop Soup and Battered Chicken Pieces. Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert.

I refused to make anything ~ Don was on his own

Pasta and Meat Sauce. Also made Italian Sausages and Garlic Bread. Apple Crisp for dessert.

Grilled Small Sirloins, Rice, Salads, Grilled Chicken Thighs and steamed veggies. Chocolate Pie for Dessert.

Grilled Ribeyes, Baked Potatoes and Salads with Rolls. Made Apple Crisp for dessert!

Another crazy busy hectic Day ~ I just finished boiling and frying some brats and hot dogs and made an OnCor Salisbury Steak thing.  That way when Don gets home we can head to Elkhorn (again) to pick up Padre's Senior Box, come home heat up some food and off to bed I go

Yesterday I made boneless Pork Rib eye steaks, cream corn, baked potatoes, and stuffing

Sloppy Joes and Seasoned Steak Fries. Apple Pie and Ice Cream for Dessert.

Very long Day ~ we did not get home until almost 5 pm.  Made a Tombstone pizza and topped it with extra shredded cheddar cheese.  When I got home from work yesterday morning, I made 2 BLT sandwiches for lunch that night.

The last of the Turkey and mashed potatoes with gravy and corn. I also had cottage cheese. Lattice Apple Pie with either ice cream or whipped cream for dessert.

Yesterday I made Turkey S.O.S.

I made Turkey, Stuffing, Potatoes and Gravy, Corn, Cottage Cheese with Onions, and little dinner rolls. Pecan Pie with either ice cream or whipped topping for dessert.

After the last week's foodfest, we needed something healthy. I made Chef Salads. Lots of stuff to use up...lettuce, carrots, onions, ham, cheese, tomatoes, olives, etc. Got a tub of French Dressing from Feil's when we ate there and used some of that. I also got a couple containers of chocolate stars from Pig so we munched on those for dessert!

Yesterday I made Tex-Mex Salisbury Steaks and smashed red potatoes

Don ordered 2 4 pc chicken dinners from Gus' again.  I can handle this kind of meal.  The chicken is AMAZING and so are the potato wedges.
