What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

I think the guys are having leftovers for dinner. We will set up a table later with sausage, cheese, crackers, chips and dip and cookies. Not sure what I will be able to eat.

Made baked french fries and a Beef Sausage Ring

The guys are planning on leftovers. J wants turkey, gravy and noodles. Jon wants turkey, gravy and the rest of the stuffing. I made a bowl or pineapple and papaya. I know I need to eat more. I just cannot figure out what that shall be.

Yesterday I took Don out for Breakfast.  I had the Greek Skillet with Taziki sauce and Sour Dough toast and he had the ham and cheese omelet with hash browns and white toast.  

I got up about 3:30 and ate the rest of my breakfast that I brought home (only a few bites).  Looks like Don has his left over breakfast, almost half a boston cream pie, and a few other things ~ But I am the fat pig for eating my leftover breakfast because I had to "feed my face"

The guys made cheeseburgers and tater tots. We finished the fruit salad for dessert. I also had a bit of Greek Salad.

Yesterday I came home and had toast with butter and cream cheese on it.  I didn't make anything for lunch.

Not sure what dinner is. We have so many leftovers that it has to be some of those. Jon had leftovers for lunch. I am still eating light.

Monday I just had some left over Pasta salads.  I  made scallop potatoes and ham for Don.

Today I was not feeling the best had another headache from a coughing spell.  I had some pasta salad earlier today.  I just got up and had the last few bites of the pasta salad and heated up the scallop potatoes and ham.  Been in bed for the last 12 hours.

The guys had leftover turkey, stuffing and gravy with the biscuits. I had a bite of stuffing and a bite of my Greek Salad. I have been nibbling on Jello cubes, fruit salad and applesauce. I am hoping I have some answers Tuesday.

I had some Italian Pasta salad with pepperoni, halved cherry tomatoes, quartered cukes, chopped red onion and butter green olives (so mad cuz I thought the can was also regular green olives, had I known otherwise, I would have used the stuffed olives in the jar).  I also was snacking off of the cheese and sausage platter.  Don snuck some sausage and thought I did not see..  He didn't want anything I suggested but he was already told yesterday that it was going to be left overs and fend for yourself.

The guys with my direction made the turkey, stuffing, gravy, corn, and pull a part rolls. Jon and I made the fruit salad and J got a Black Forest Cake for dessert. Way too much food.

Made our holiday spread yesterday as well.  Niki came over.  Had a spiral ham and I actually used the Maple ham glaze that was included and pineapple rings.  I don't like spiral hams but it was free, so won't complain.  I also made mashed potatoes, a Pea, Ham, and Cheese pasta salad, a Tuna pasta salad and a Rotini veggie pasta salad (no salad supreme, so I winged it with paprika and chili powder), brown and serve rolls (Don loves them, I don't but again those were also free), deviled eggs, and a Cheese and sausage tray.  So today will be leftovers.

We had our usual holiday spread. Jon made the dip, we had chips, cheese and crackers, proscuito, salami, ham and olive load with 2 more kinds of cheese and green and black olives. We also had hard rolls. I got a few Christmas cookies for dessert. I have been drinking Pedialyte all day and had jello with pineapple, pineapple slices and a few crackers with cheese and proscuito and a green olive. Trying hard to eat.

The guys had Manwich for early dinner with chips. I have been nibbling all day.

I made thin cut sirlion Tip steaks and baked potatoes.  Of course, Don was not thrilled about eating early or the food.  I need to eat early so I can get to bed sooner since the winds are gusting up to 30 mph and I don't know if I have to dig out snow drifts, etc.  I cooked the steaks in butter and sliced onions.  Don's piece of steak is soaking in the butter and hopefully it will soften up more.  I gave him the softer of the two.

Dawn, Jon would love that. They had meatball subs and Italian Sausage Subs in Milwaukee and then stopped for pizza and beer. I had as much of the Greek Salad that they brought me. I also ate applesauce off and on all day.

lol I had applesauce and gatorade. The guys had meatballs, meat sauce, pasta and cheese garlic bread.

J made meatballs, meat sauce, pasta, garlic cheese bread and chianti. I had pasta.

Dawn, I will have to find my scale. 

The guys had cheeseburgers and fries. I had applesauce for breakfast and have to find something to eat.

HA HA HA Gina!  Maybe we should have made bets on who would lose the most the fastest *LOL*

I know how you feel Dawn. J is making fried chicken today and Jon is making tater tots. The rest of the pecan pie for dessert. I am just going to try some toast and sprite. I think I am down about 20 pounds as well.

Got up to put chickens to bed and ate a baked potato with butter and 2 salisbury steaks on toast with butter.  Actually hit the spot.  I needed to start eating some real food.
