What's For Dinner in 2021

Don hadn't come home by 8pm so I had left over biscuits and gravy

Ended up making the guys cheeseburgers and fries and beans and I had ham on a roll and cottage cheese and onions. Chritsmas cookies for dessert.

Made Cheeseburgers and tator tots for lunch and then we decided to take a nap.  I woke up just in time to put the chickens to bed at 5:59pm.  Don was up a little bit earlier.  Now he is looking for something to eat but nothing "really sounds good".  Meaning he really isn't very hungry, I know I am not.

Going to make leftover lasagna with garlic cheese bread and maybe some salads. Chocolate covered cherries for dessert!

Made my Easy Peasy Lasagna and Cheese Garlic Bread with a Antipasto Tray with green olives, black olives and hot peppers. Mini Vanilla Cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

I decided to use Chipolte Ranch dressing to dip my patties in and then decided I was still hungry so I had a large slice of apple pie with Bryers Strawberry Ice Cream on it

Not sure when Don will be home, he is shoveling with JP.  I am making tator tots and breaded chicken breast patties in the oven.  They should re-heat nicely for whenever he gets home.

Ordered from Gus'  We got a large pizza with double cheese, pepperoni and sausage and 2 orders of broasted potatoes

Made up a buffet for Sheena, Jon and Mike. Cheese, sausage, 4 kinds of lunch meat, rolls, French bread, crackers, fruit, cookies, mini cupcakes, and an antipasto tray.

Egg salad sandwiches for lunch and leftovers for supper

Christmas Day, I made Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast (didnt know Don wasn't home just before I put buscuits in).  Needless to say, I had to pick him up from Bigsy's.  Most quiet ride home EVER!!  I made him wait while I finished up my pasta salad first.

I made a ham, smashed potatoes, gravy, cream corn, Ranch Pasta Salad, Brown and serve  rolls, Homemade Apple pie, and deviled eggs

Made a huge ham, garlic mashed potatoes, corn, brussel sprouts with bacon bits, cottage cheese with onions, gravy and dinner rolls. Walnut Kringle for dessert.

Not much space in my kitchen but I made ham, egg and cheese sandwiches on hard rolls for breakfast and homemade pizzas and cheese bread for dinner. Pecan sugar cookies with powdered sugar for dessert.

I got some brisket that I just had to heat up and also some onion straws and made salads and corn bread. It turned out to be dessert because I made a syrup to put over it.

His "Royal Highness" was told, at lunch time, to pull something out of the freezer for me to make for supper.  He pulled out Beef Ring Bologna and wanted me to fry the left over potatoes from the Roast Beef.  He got pissy trying to put a new furnace filter in and threw a tantrum.  I was going to start making the Bologna and he said he wasn't eating, so I put it in the fridge.  He looked in microwave and got mad because it wasn't there. I told him he said he wasn't going to eat, so I put it in fridge.  I made both the bologna ring and the fried potatoes and it doesn't look like he is going to eat.  I will not because he ticked me off.  I did have 2 breakfast burritos from McDonalds before I went to Walmart and had a roast beef burrito when I came home for lunch.

My kitchen is all torn apart so I made everyone subs. It did clean out the fridge a bit. Also chips. Chocolate chip cookie dough bits for dessert.

I suggested burgers and tots.  He seemed interested in the burgers but not the tots so I offered to make home made fries.  He started his tantrum and so it is another "I'm not playing this game".  I am making the burgers and tots with fried onions and left over spinach.  He can eat it after I go to bed or make another PB&J sandwich

Last night was another "I'm not playing this game".  You are own your own for food.  Needless to say, no one ate

Went to a great Greek Place. I had a Greek Salad, fries, pitas, and grilled filet mignon kabobs. It was awesome. Little frosted cake for dessert.

YUMMY!!!!!  Badger Bob's again for lunch.  We both had the Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap with the crispy chicken and fries.  It was the first time Don ever had a wrap sandwich and actually liked it.

I have not had dinner yet but for the guys warmed up the pork and gravy from last night and heated up some rolls.

Tonite I made soft shell tacos with the trimmings.
