What's for Dinner in 2020

Supposed to have a big dinner but the guys kind of messed it up. Not sure what we are having now. We did have pancakes and small sausages for breakfast and had snacks out for lunch, crackers, sausage, cheese, chips and dip and pickles with small frosted cupcakes.

Did a repeat of Christmas Eve. Sausage and cheese with crackers, ham and cheese with hard rolls and butter, chips and dip, apple rings and pickles, and also turkey slices and black olives and mini Eau Clares for dessert with mini cupcakes with frosting.

For lunch I am making a ham with crushed pineapple and brown sugar, mashed potatoes, deviled eggs, not sure what veggies yet.

Last night I had left over tacos and Don had leftover turkey stuffing.  I am having leftover meatballs and pasta sauce and buttered bread.  I worked at McDonalds last night 11p-6a.  Walmart 7a-3p and suppose to work walmart 6p-11p and off from both jobs tomorrow

Baked Potato Bar. Potatoes, butter, bacon bits, grated cheese, onions and tomatoes. Yellow cupcakes with vanilla frosting for dessert.

Ended up making cheeseburgers and gastro chips and laying out a tray with lettuce, tomaotes, onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard. Also made baked beans and mini cruellers for dessert.

I am supposed to be making pork and gravy over noodles and a side of peas but they guys are saying they are not hungry. I am going to have to eat something so I guess it is forage time! lol

I made tacos yesterday but we didn't eat any.  Rissa and the Boys came over and decided to eat Hot Pockets instead.  I guess she has been eating tacos the last couple days at her sister's house.

Had Rib Eye Steaks, Chips and Salads. Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate frosting for dessert.

For Christmas, I made a stuffed Turkey, Ranch Pasta Salad, mixed veggies, honey butter dinner rolls, and ButterCup Squash

Yesterday I had a meatball and mozzarella hot pocket and 2 breakfast burritos for lunch at work.  Didn't eat anything when I got home.

I made pizza and fries for the guys. I think I am going to have a little plate with chips, cheese and sausage. Mince pies for dessert.

Made a garlic stuffed pork roast with a crust, sage sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas, corn and minced pies for dessert!

Last night I tossed Pork Chops, Potatoes, carrots, and celery into my new crock pot.  I like the old crockpots better.  These are more like baby nescos.

That is what we do for our New Years Eve Meal, minus a couple of things.

Made the traditional Wisconsin table for Christmas Eve. Sausage, cheese, rolls, ham, turkey, proscuitto, salami, cotto salami, crackers, pickles, olives, apple rings, artichoke hearts, garlic, chips and my garlic dip, mini eau claires, cupcakes and candies.

Burger Bar tonight! Made burgers and fries and laid out a tray with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, mayo, pickles and mustard. J brought home some mini cruellers so we had them for dessert.

Tried something new and Jon loved it! Made cheese stuffed meatloaf with hamburger and Italian Sausage topped with pasta sauce. Also made some corn and some potatoes with onions and sage. No leftovers! Also made some little white cakes with sugar frosting.

I have not eaten. The guys had leftover potatoes, sauce and pork. I did have a piece of the white chocolate cheesecake though lol

Made pounded and breaded pork with Hunt's sauce and German Salt Potatoes with Onions and Pancetta. Frosted twists for dessert.

Going to make some pizzas. Chocolate covered coconut clusters for dessert.

Got some shredded beef and some provolone cheese and fried up some onions and made sandwiches on rolls. Also added raw onions, sliced tomatoes, lettuce and pickles and made some fries. The last of the Toll House Bars for dessert.

Made Chicken, Fries and cheated with the cole slaw. I used shredded carrots and cabbage in a bag and used a UK Honey Mustard dressing. Toll  House Bars for dessert.

Decided to make a burger bar tonight. Made burgers and fries and a bar set up with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, ketchup, mustard and pickles. Toll House Bars for dessert.

Made Chicken Tikka with Rice Pilaf and warmed nan bread. Too House bars for dessert.

Made my Cheeseburger Rice Casserole with sides of cut up piccolo tomatoes and butter crackers. Toll House Bars for dessert.
