What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2018

Leftover Pasta, Sauce, Sausages, Olives, and Garlic Bread and I also made long grain rice with veggies for me. Vanilla mini-cupcakes for dessert.

Spaghetti Bolognese, Pasta, Olive Medley, Garlic Bread, Italian Sausages and Chianti for my husband. Mini White Cupcakes for dessert.

The guys had leftover lasagna. I was so busy with the tree and decorations I snacked. (Hard boiled egg, cheese and crackers with dried fruit.)

we had a late breakfast at Hardees Yesterday we both had the Monster Muffin Meal Deal (monster biscuit, hash round potatoes, and Soda) ~ I did not get to bed until almost 4pm because Don found more christmas lights and put them up  I didn;t make anything ~ he threw a pizza in the oven I ate the last 2 pieces around midnight when I got up for a short bit

Grilled Ribeye Steaks, Baked Potatoes with butter and Salads. Brownie Cheesecake bars for dessert.

We had grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup for lunch/supper yesterday

Breakfast for dinner! Thick cut bacon, eggs over whatever (!) and toast. Dried Fruit for dessert. Really hit the spot.

Ground Beef Tacos

Beef Shwerma Meat on Pitas with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mayo. Frosting stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert.

I wish the go go go days would stop!  Yesterday I made Chicken Tator Tot Casserole and butternut squash

Here too. Made Club Sandwiches with turkey, bacon and ham with lettuce, tomato and mayo and also made fries. Mini Chocolate Cupcakes for dessert.

Was another go go go day ~ made some burger patties

This morning I made pancakes when I got home from work

Yesterday I made Home made hash browns, coffee, toast, and eggs for breakfast and lunch I made Beef Stroganoff I had mine over noodles and Don had his over mash potatoes ~ also had butternut squash  We were too full for the Apple pie I pulled out of the freezer

I made New York Strip Steaks with a Hatch Mild Roja Chile Rub, mashed potatoes and Green Beans

Homemade pizzas and meat rolls. So full!

made a Roasted Chicken with stuffing, potatoes and home made gravy, and corn

Grilled Steaks, Baked Potatoes with lots of butter and Salads. Cornbread with Jelly for dessert.

I made pizzas - had to make 3 because everyone wanted something different. Mini Chocolate Cupcakes for dessert.

J was home today so we had sliders and fries for lunch and then we all had Chef Salads for dinner. Mini Chocolate Cupcakes for dessert.

There were no snacks or leftovers when i got home from work, so I made a box of baked cheesy tuna pasta ~  Don and I ate most of it for breakfast

For lunch, supper, etc I made 8 frozen hamburger patties and put cheese on them, boiled and fried 5 Italian sausages, made home made hash browns, and Little Red Potatoes seasoned with Garlic Parsley from the little Potato Company (I made 2 of the trays).

I made Tator Tot Casserole yesterday

I don't like it but I made the guys chili and homemade corn bread. Turned out pretty good. I made a Chef Salad. Also mini chocolate cupcakes for dessert.
