We actually had Dominos pizzas tonight! We had to meet the driver at the post gate and they have a limited menu but at least we could have take away! Made cupcakes for dessert.

The guys were in the mood for Chinese again. I made shrimp fried rice and pork fried rice and also did some prawns in garlic butter with parsley. They were so good. Also some mini spring rolls. Chocolate pie for dessert. So full!

Last night Don still was not home a little after 7pm, so I made Pork sausage pattys and put them on butter burger buns with salsa.  When Don did stumble home he brought me "dinner" which consisted of 1 small pork chop, potatoes, and corn.  I was trying to sleep, so I told him to choke on it for me.  I reminded the hung over person again this moring.

For lunch at work, I bought myself a southwestern style salad with chicken, 6 potato wedges and 2 jalapeno poppers.

Brunch was eggs, toast, bacon and hash browns with onions.

Dinner was rib eye steaks, steak fries and salads. Also antipasta platter with artichoke hearts, 3 kinds of olives, pesto and cheese. At some point I have frosted twists with slivered almonds for dessert.

Last night Don and I split a footlong Itallian Supreme Sub.  For "brunch" I made mexican style sausages on a buttered bun with condiments and Lime Doritos and coffee.

Spent all day cooking and doing dishes. Breakfast was eggs with cubed potatoes, onions and pancetta. Lunch was egg salad sandwiches and I made some of my garlic dip with crisps. Dinner was easy peasy lasagne with an olive tray with pesto and chocolate frosted cupcakes for dessert.

Last night Don wanted to go to a place I despise (taco hell as I call it).  He ordered a Burrito and hard shell Taco combo meal.  I ordered a chicken bowl thing and I wanted Potato Ole's.  They said they had cheesy potatoes called fiesta potatoes so I ordered 4.  My stuff was HORRIBLE and the potato thing was maybe 2 TBS of diced potatoes with nacho cheese sauce (grossest thing I tasted).  He was not happy with what he had but wasted no time eatting it.  Then we went to Piazza Pizzeria and got Good Italian Pizza.  Because they knew me and were ready to close they gave us ALOT of free pizza slices of various kinds.

We had to run to walmart to cash Don's check.  He bought a sub sandwich for tomorrow and I wanted a small container of cole slaw.  We then went to Culver's.  I had the North Atlantic Cod sandwich, fries, and lemonade.  Don had a double butterburger with cheese, fries, and mountain dew.  We did not drink our drinks though.  I will take my lemonade to work tomorrow.

Our McDonald's Drive Thru was supposed to open today but they didn't. Jon is bummed.

I made penne pasta with meat sauce and homemade garlic bread. Also had a tray with green olives, black olives, pesto and cheese. Found some frosted mini cakes at the co-op for dessert.
