What's for Dinner in 2020

We are going to have a late, simple dinner when Jon gets home from work. In the meantime, J and I had egg, ham and cheese sandwiches on toast and J had apple pie for dessert.

I made two dinners tonight. (I didn't like what J wanted.) I made him red beans and rice with cut up ring sausage. I made be a hamburger hot dish with onions, peas, carrots and sliced potatoes on top. It was really good and I guess J was very happy with his dish. He will have plenty of leftovers. Chocolate chunk shortbread cookies for dessert.

I bring a double quarter pounder with cheese and large coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar every morning I work, for Don to eat.  Frannie buys me Italian or chicken Pinwheels for lunch every day.  Last night I made OnCor salisbury steaks and I forgot the brand of ready made mashed potatoes.  The night before I made Sloppy Joes (YUCKY!  I don't like them)

Made homemade pizzas tonight. Used black olives, onions, pepperoni and sausage. The rest of the caramel, graham cracker and chocolate bars for dessert.

Chicken Piccata with Caper Sauce and Linguine. Side of olive medley with chopped tomatoes. It turned out really good! Caramel, shortbread chocolate bars for dessert.

Rib eye steaks, steak fries and salads. Also made toast for the guys. Shortbread caramel and chocolate bars for dessert.

Leftover pasta, sauce, meatballs and garlic bread. White coconut frosted cake for dessert.

I made homemade meatballs and pasta with sauce and garlic bread. Chianti for the guys. Salted caramel ice cream for the guys for dessert.

Last night I bought a frozen ham and potato bake for supper.  Tasteless and very disappointing.  I just made 3 eggs topped with cheese in the microwave ~ DELISH!!!  Don made a comment "only for yourself", so I made some for him.  He is still laying in bed.  He ranted the usual "I'm not going to eat that".  We all know he will, when I am not looking or around.

Made ham, cheese and egg breakfast sandwiches this morning, pea soup and sandwiches for lunch and then J had peanut butter of the jar and loaded coffee and potato chips, and now he does not want dinner.

Rib eye steaks, grilled bread and salads. Coconut top white sponge cake for dessert.

Leftover lasagne, homemade garlic toast, olive platter and the rest of the petit fors for dessert.

Going to make Lasagne and got some Chianti for the guys. The rest of the Salted Caramel Frosted Cake for Dessert

Got off work early at McDonald's.  I brought a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit for me and a Double quarter pounder with cheese for Don.

Tonite's microwave dinner will be mac and cheese with Italian sausage.

Making loaded baking potatoes with butter, cheese, bacon and onions. Thinking of making burgers and fries when Jon gets off at 8:30. Also have a small salted caramel frosted cake for dessert.

I bought a Rotisserie Chicken ~ Don made a sandwich and then I deboned it.  I brought home large fries, Double Quarter Pounder with extra cheese and a large coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar.  I ate the fries and the rest is Don's.  He managed to get out of bed to eat his burger.  I got off work early from McDonalds.  I drank the rest of the bottle of Chardonnay that I bought to celebrate Marlene's passing

Made Cinnamon Rolls for late breakfast and made beef pasta dish with a side of tiny peas and petit fors for dessert.

For brunch I made eggs, bacon, hash browns with onions and toast with orange juice. 

For dinner I made soft shell burritos with meat, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and grated Colby/jack cheese. Small petit fors for dessert.

Meal plans changed again. Ended up making cold bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches on grainy bread with mayo with chips. Cupcakes for dessert.

Made homemade Calzones! Sausage, pepperoni, pancetta, black olives, sauce, onions and cheese. They were so good. Also got some dried fruit and drizzled milk chocolate over that. Yummy!

Made cheese omelets and UK bacon and toasted bap buns for breakfast. Going to make Rib eye steaks and triple cooked chips with salads for dinner. Cupcakes for dessert.

Made bacon, eggs, toast and cheesy eggs for breakfast with dried fruit as a side. For dinner J had Currywurst with Curry Ketchup and I made a small Chef Salad. English Petit Fors for dessert.

Forgot Fran bought me Italian pinwheels.  Italian sandwich that uses flour tortillas instead of bread and then she gave me half of her Turkey Bacon wrap.  I also had a Fuji Apple

Yesterday I made an Old El Paso Beef Enchilada dinner (like hamburger helper).  Don got mad because it was made with rice OOPS!  Tonite I am making Tuna Helper Tetrazzini,  I did figure out yesterday how to make a fried egg in the microwave.  It was delicious!
