BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR KITTY

1 large egg
1 1/2 TBS All-purpose flour
1 tsp Shredded cheese of ~~your~~ your cat's choice
1 can of tuna (6 oz)
Cooked shrimp for garnish
Cooking spray

Note: This recipe will yield two cakes, so feel free to halve the portions... or enjoy one cake WITH your cat!
** Recipe can be doubled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 celcius)

Put 1/2 can of Tuna into a bowl and add 1 1/2 TBS Flour and 1 tsp (about a pinch)

Crack the egg and separate the white from the yolk

use only the white of the egg and add to the bowl and mix

using a muffin tin, spay with Cooking Spray to prevent cake from sticking

Cook for 15 minutes

While it is cooking, wash off the shrimp and cut off the tail

Once the cake is done put it upside down on a wire rack to cool

Garnish with shrimp and serve
