Doggy Birthday Cake Empty Doggy Birthday Cake

DOGGY BIRTHDAY CAKE




  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup Honey (optional)
  • 1 Cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (prefered) or 1 Cup White Flour (alternate)
  • 1 tsp Baking soda


Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 Celcius)

grease a 6 cup ring mold

Combine Egg, Peanut Butter, Oil, Vanilla, and Honey in a large bowl, blend well

Add Shredded Carrots, mix thoroughly

Spoon Cake Batter into Ring Mold

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes

Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then turn onto wire rack and let cool thoroughly before serving
