Today at camp, I had a turkey sub with mayo, tomato slices, and smoked provolone cheese and a salad with Blood Orange dressing

Right now I am eating a leftover cheese burger and mashed potatoes with sour cream

Had pork sandwich with cooked onions and mash potatoes and gravy for lunch at camp

Now eating a T-bone steak, I am no longer enjoying and grilled potatoes because Don was an Arse when Elmer (Amish down the roade) went by.

J had two eggs and toast and half a can of Spam this morning. Jon had an egg, ham and cheese sandwich with a potato patty. I had one egg and a slice of toast.

For lunch I had a coupon for 3 foot long subs from Subway for $17.99 so that was late lunch.

For dinner I had the rest of my sub, Jon had leftover pizza and J had three sandwiches and some chips. He also finished the rest of the cake. He got weighed at Urgent Care and is now up to 270. He gained 3 pounds in one week.

For breakfast, here at camp, we had breakfast sandwiches with a chicken patty and cheese on a biscuit.  I will skip those from now own.  Also they had "potato hash", nothing more than potatoes cut up in cubes.  I skip those they taste icky to me.

Looks like Don had ravioli last night. There is still a lot left in his bowl, so I am sure he was snacking on other stuff. He also half of one of the tenderized pork chops I made the other day.

This morning he asked if we could make chicken leg quarters in the crock pot.  I made just the chicken and he ate a lot of it.  I am eating a tenderized pork chop sandwich with lettuce, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce.

Yesterday had to cook all the meat I had thawed out for meals.  I made 6 cheese burgers out of 2-1# packages if burger.  I also cooked a pack of 3 mechanically tenderized pork patties.  Don was going to grill the last few days and that did not happen.

Today I had chicken salad on saltine crackers.  No idea what Don had or will eat in middle of night

At camp, breakfast was scrambled eggs, chicken sausages, fried potatoes, and banana muffins.  Eggs were tasteless, I survived the chicken sausages but not a fan, fried potatoes I did not take cuz I tried one and it was not that good.  I did eat all of the banana muffin though.

For lunch, it was the Volunteers Banquet.  I ate the spinach salad but that fancy chicken thing she made with roasted green beans, and not sure what the other veggies were, after 3 bites the rest went in the trash.  I am sure many may have liked it and she did put alot of work into the meal, but definitely not something I want to eat again.

Don would not tell me what he wanted, even though he knows what is thawed out and ready to cook, so I told him that he is on his own.
