J had a banana for breakfast. I had an Ensure and Jon had lasagna. For lunch I warmed up fried chicken for J and buttered him some bread that he said the butter tasted funny. Lately he thinks everything tastes funny. I made a sandwich with ham, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. Jon had more lasagna. I think for dinner I am making buttered popcorn.

For breakfast J had a banana and a bowl of trail mix. Jon had pizza. I had a egg, ham and cheese on toast.

We did not have lunch. For dinner we have a ton of leftovers. Jon may have pizza, I am having cheesy rice dish with veggies and thinking that J will have some of the red beans, rice and sausage.

All J had for breakfast was peanut butter cups. SMH He has kept up on liquids but then for dinner he wanted Culver's. I had coupons so Jon and I went in. We should have checked the food. I usually do not have to worry about them messing up. J wanted peach custard but they ended up not putting it in the bag and by the time I called they did not have any more. I had ordered a Wisconsin Swiss Melt and when we got home I had a mushroom swiss burger and I would never eat mushrooms. Yuck. I scraped the mushrooms off and added lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo and it was edible. Wow.

For breakfast Jon and I had English Muffins with egg, ham and cheese and hash brown patties. J was still in the hospital and had two eggs, double order of bacon and 2 slices of toast with 2 glasses of juice and coffee.

For lunch J was not hungry but Jon had a cheeseburger and potato wedges. I had a small salad with lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes with French dressing.

For dinner I made my cheesy rice dish. Jon had a ton. I diced up some tomato with mine. J said he wasn't eating but ended up eating a bunch right out of the pan. I made oatmeal raisin cookies and he had 3.

For lunch I had an egg and a slice of toast. The guys polished off and entire tube of pork sausage and all the biscuits I made.

For dinner J grilled small sirloins and his grill ran out of gas. I made baked potatoes and salads. Jon had me make a pizza and then at half of that and wanted mac-n-cheese.

I decided to eat some potato salad and cottage cheese a bit ago.  Looks like Don polished off most of the 2 leg quarters that were left from the other day.  He also had some more of the Triple Chocolate brownies with frosting that I made a couple days ago.  He is not starving like he says that he is not eating.  SMH   Kinda sounds like J.

For dinner J wanted chicken salad and chips. Jon and I had burgers. Jon loaded his up with double cheese, lettuce, onions and pickles. I loaded mine up with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. Made us some microwave skinny fast fries.

Looks like Don at some meatloaf today.

Before I left for work, I ate some pasta salad.  There was no lunch today at Camp.  I did not eat supper there either.  Robin made Lemon & Rosemary Chicken, Parmesan Risotto, and root vegetables for supper at camp for I think Southeastern Synod.   I had a lettuce salad with Blood Orange Shallot dressing and a poppy seed dinner roll with butter.

Don said last night he wanted meatloaf.  I said sure because I had a short day.  Well that short day ended up adding 4 more hours of work, meaning I worked 9 hours.   Had to run to town to get diced tomatoes.  I also picked up a cuke, 2 Romas, and a green pepper.

Made the meatloaf but he was complaining about how long it would take etc.  It is done and he is in bed. Not my problem.  Then he made a nasty comment about me not eating any chicken last night.  I ate at work and really did not want chicken, it was HIS choice.

Don wanted chicken leg quarters, so I tossed it in a crock pot like he wanted.  I seasoned them with Lawry's season salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Lemon Pepper.  I also added whole potatoes, carrots, and celery.  I also added a little bit of beer

I am also making Triple Chocolate Brownies and will frost them with milk chocolate frosting when they cool
