For lunch I had one egg and one slice of toast. J had two slices of toast, 2 eggs, an entire can of Spam and juice.

For dinner I made baked potatoes. I had mine with butter and diced onions. J had his with butter, cheese and bacon. then he had ice cream. I still need to make something for Jon but he is not home from work yet.

My stomach is a little off, so I am just making myself some buttered egg noodles.  Don is on his own.  Looks like he has leftover dinty moore stew, there is also potato strogranoff and chicken.  Otherwise he can hunt and eat what he feels like.

Don wanted Manwich for lunch.  I added tator tots and pizza rolls (cleaning out fridge freezer).  Personally,, I do not care for manwich but if he will eat, that is a win for me

Last night I had some leftover pizza that Scotty gave us. Not sure what Don ate but I see the lunch meat is going down

For breakfast we made scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, cream of wheat, and cold cereal. I did not eat breakfast.

For lunch we made Mac & cheese, BBQ Pork riblets, crinkle cut carrots, biscuit and red colored cake. We add a small amount of strawberry jello to the cake mix. I had the mac & cheese and a biscuit

For lunch Jon had a milkshake. He had to have his braces adjusted today and got rubber bands. J had several slices of bacon, 2 eggs, toast and he made hash browns O'Brien with peppers and onion. Then he had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I had a ham and cheese sandwich with mayo, tomato, lettuce and onion.

For dinner I will make Jon his doctored Papa Murphy's pizza and I got some premade crusts and am making J and I our own. Mine with just cheese and sausage and his with sausage, green peppers, onions, pepperoni, mushrooms and cheese. Hope he likes it.

For lunch Jon and I had Swiss burgers on Rye with fries.

For dinner J took out some steak and cut it into medallions and warmed that up with a baked potato and some mushroom gravy. I warmed Jon and I up some leftover kebabs, rice and veggies. Also made us all salads and warmed up some rolls and butter. J finished his apple turnovers.

Before I went to work, I had 2 Chicken sandwiches with mayo, cheese, summer squash slices, and shrimp sauce.  I made Hamburger Helper Scallop potatoes and added chopped onion & celery and a handful of colby jack cheese.  Not sure what Don has eaten or what he will eat.  I had no intention of eating at work.  I will leave it at that.

Sounds like the guys had a "No Hold Bars" meal.  WOW!  I don't think I could even come close to the amount J ate.

I am eating more of the leftovers from today.  OMG!  I would not touch the crap that Deb made tonite.  The burgers looked dried out.  She ran out of veggies and gave more tator tots that were so broken they should just serve Southern cut hash.

We took Wayne to Green Bay because he wanted to go to Golden Corral. He ate like he has not eaten in days. It was good to see.

J had 4 (yes 4) steaks, 2 fried chicken breasts, a huge helping of mashed potatoes and 2 sodas. Nothing good for him really. Earlier in the day he had leftover garlic bread and sweet tea.

I had one small steak and a piece of broasted chicken, rice, steamed veggies ( I love sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage and onions). I also had a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots and celery with a side of cottage cheese and a couple beets. Then I had some pineapple and papaya. It was so good.

Today was my first day at my New job.  For breakfast I had what they call an "Egg Bake" has chopped onion, chopped green pepper that is sauteed and then tossed into liquid egg and hash browns and various versions of Oatmeal and Cream of Wheat.  I will not eat the Egg Bake again.

For lunch it was baked chicken, mash potatoes, Mega Mix mixed veggies, and gravy.  I had the potatoes and veggies and gravy.

Tonite Don will have leftover chicken.  I am also eating some of it.  Magaera tried to get into my chicken before it was heated, so I cut some up for her.

For breakfast I had one egg, one slice of toast and a helping of hash browns with onions. J had two eggs, two slices of toast, 4 slices of bacon, two helpings of hash browns and a 12 oz. glass of pineapple juice.

For lunch J had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with sweet tea and then half a bag of spicy Cheetos. Jon made a frozen pizza.

For dinner J is making beer battered fish and I am making them seasoned steak fries. I am having the rest of the cheesy rice dish with some cut up tomatoes. The rest of the sugar cookies for dessert.

For breakfast Jon and J had egg, ham and cheese on toast with grapes.

For lunch Jon had three Wal Mart cheeseburgers and chips. J had a big salad with leftover chicken, black olives, green olives, croutons, onions, peppers and honey mustard dressing. Then he had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I had a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo.

For dinner I am making my cheesy rice dish with a side of Ritz crackers and tomatoes. J will not eat that now so I am warming up the leftover steak and adding red pepper and purple onion and sauce and making him fajitas. Made a small batch of sugar cookies for dessert.

I decided to beat up 2 eggs and add them to the shrimp ramens that I had forgotten about and then added some fire roasted garlic and habanero hot sauce and a glass of water.

I prepped a roasted whole chicken with stuffing & baked potatoes and butternut squash early in the morning.  I tossed it in the oven about an hour before I had to leave for my mammo.  Also made Deviled eggs and made some cream corn

Lunch buffet. J had several pieces of fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. Then I said maybe he should have a salad. He did but it was mostly croutons and ham on some lettuce. I had a big salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, beets, carrots and dressing. I also had cottage cheese, pineapple, brussel sprouts, cabbage and broccoli. I did have a few fried pickle slices though and had a piece of broasted chicken and a bit of roast beef and rice.

I know Dawn. lol Todd said yesterday that J looked like he was losing weight lol Maybe in his wrists.

Jon and I skipped breakfast but J had buttered toast, cheese, grapes and ham.

For lunch he wanted Mc Donald's. I said I would make that here and he said no. He finished off a huge bag of Ruffles and drank sweet tea. Jon and I had a burger and his had cheese. Mine had lettuce, onions, tomatoes and mayo. I also made Jon some fries.

For dinner we had homemade pizzas and strombolis. J made them and did pretty good. J ate all the crusts lol

I am glad to see how strict J is following his diet and no carbs?.*LOL*  When was the last time he was on the scales?  At how well he is doing with his strict diet and no carbs, soon he may have to be like some of those fat people who have to go to a truck stop or feed mill to get weighed.  lol!

We made Angus Beef burgers with bacon and cheese.  I had butter on my bun along with onions, cheese slices, and ketchup.  I also had some macaroni Pea, Ham, & Cheese pasta salad (that is when the tree broke)  Been drinking lots of water.  I bought 3- 4packs of Hamms (16 oz size).  We each were suppose to have 6.  Don ended up drinking 2 of mine plus 3 12 oz cans and a bottle of beer.  Hard to believe I use to be able to drink more (not like him though) but not in many years.
