I used the last leftover baked potato and fried it up for a bit then added chopped green pepper and chopped onions and cook it with Jalapeno Olive Oil and added Italian seasoning.  I warmed up 2 tortillas over the gas flame and put shredded cheese on the bottom and then the egg mixture.  It was pretty darn good.  Don did not eat alot of the tuna casserole yesterday and said he is not having it again today.  I asked what he wanted and he got grumpy that it is only 830am.  It is not sinking in his head that when I am home on work days, I am only awake 5 to 5-1/2 hours.  I am done catering to him.  He needs to tell me what he wants or he is on his own.

Made cheesy baked tuna casserole for Don. I told him I was eating leftovers. I had the bacon wrapped pork filet, the other half of the new york strip steak and the rest of the home made cole slaw

J has been eating all day. He had peanut butter and jelly toast with a banana and coffee, then oatmeal raisin cookies, then a bowl full of cut up chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy and right before work he had 3 pieces of fried chicken. And he will probably want another meal when he gets home from work. Jon made a sub that he broiled and I made a ham, egg and cheese sandwich. Chocolate chip bars for dessert.

I had a bag of TGIF Chili Cheese Chips  Really don't feel like eating.  Made 2 cheese burgers for Don.  Looks like he has been eating Braunschweiger sandwiches as well.

Feeling a little better now that I am hydrated but not "up to par"

I made On Cor Salisbury Steaks with gravy and buttery mashed potatoes.  I had some mashed potatoes with 2 patties cut up and mixed in the potatoes

Today will be another day of dill lemon chicken soup and water.  Don is on his own again.  Dishes are piling up but I don't care.  I bought tea on the way home from Fort Atkinson (one for each of us)  I do not feel like drinking mine but Don has already opened his.  No idea what he had last night nor what he will eat today.

For lunch J made himself a small steak, the rest of the German Salt Potatoes, eggs and toast. Jon and I had egg, ham and cheese sandwiches. For dinner J decided he wanted more steak so we went to eat at Texas Roadhouse and we had steak, baked potatoes with butter, salads, rolls, a Cactus Blossum and J had an order of broiled shrimp.

For lunch Jon and I had chicken patties and lettuce and mayo and the leftover fries. J made steak and eggs with toast and hash browns with onions. He has also been drinking off and on most of the day.

For dinner he made his bacon wrapped meatloaf and made baked potatoes loaded with rock salt that completely messed up my oven. It was a mess to clean. I also added cheese and onions to Jon's potato and had some cottage cheese and onions for me.

For lunch today, I am doctoring up the Lemon Dill Barley soup I put in the freezer awhile back because I put too much barley in and divided it up to fix later.  I am also making chicken leg quarters with baked potatoes.  I had it thawing in fridge before this dang cold blindsided me.  I am sure Don will eat some of it, the soup ~ not so sure. I am drinking my Equate Flu & severe Cold & cough medicine.

Today was "open season", meaning fend for yourself there are plenty of leftovers. I finished off the au gratin potatoes and chicken nuggets. Don was whining about eating leftovers, so I made a Sausage and Pepperoni Jacks Pizza that I doctored up with more pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Looks like he ate that.

Right now I am eating a bowl of Strawberry Ice Cream. I caught a horrific cold and it feels good on my throat.

Since Don did not eat his McGriddle and Hash brown, I did while I was trying to figure out how to add, delete, and downsize smileys.

J had toast a banana and coffee for breakfast, he had the rest of the chicken picatta with linguine for lunch and had beef pasta dish with tiny peas i made for early dinner. He had 3 meals before 4 this afternoon and will probably have another when he gets home. The beef pasta dish is in our recipe section. He has still not touched the apple crisp I made that he has been asking for.

Jon used Italian bread we had and make himself a ham, turkey and cheese sub! He found some Subway sauce at Wal Mart and now wants to eat mostly subs. lol
