STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE



~ 5 oz Frozen strawberries and Bananas

~1/2 cup plain, Greek, or Vanilla yoghurt (I used Greek strawberry flavor)

~ 1/2 cup whole milk



Toss it in the blender and away you go.  If the consistency is too thick, add more milk, it won't hurt the flavor

Don loved this one.  He had to use the syringe, however there was still some in bottom of glass that the syringe could not get, so he tried to drink it.  I need to buy a smaller glass.  He managed but got a little messy since he still can not feel his bottom lip.

Bolthouse Brand Protein Smoothies and drinks are a good one.  Don loves the ones that have a strawberry or chocolate base, but Strawberry anything is his primary.  These are found in the refrigerated sections of your local store.
