Lactose Free Very Cherry Smoothie Empty Lactose Free Very Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen dark sweet cherries (or fresh)
  • ½ ripe banana, frozen and broken into chunks (can sub ½ cup frozen mango chunks)
  • ½ cup sweet or black cherries (up to ¾ cup for a thinner smoothie)
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger



Instructions

  • Place the cherries, banana or mango, juice, seed butter, chia seeds, ginger, and salt (if using), in your blender. Puree until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy with a straw!
