Lactose Free Very Cherry Smoothie
Ingredients
Instructions
- ½ cup frozen dark sweet cherries (or fresh)
- ½ ripe banana, frozen and broken into chunks (can sub ½ cup frozen mango chunks)
- ½ cup sweet or black cherries (up to ¾ cup for a thinner smoothie)
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Place the cherries, banana or mango, juice, seed butter, chia seeds, ginger, and salt (if using), in your blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy with a straw!
