What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

Yep! You guessed it, it was leftover turkey.  Rissa's boyfriend even made a big plate of turkey and stuffing for breakfast

Your family sucks Dawn. I would have loved that.

I tried a thing...made tortellini with beef inside. Put sauce over it and spices and Parmesan Cheese. Also made garlic bread. Also small salads. Pretty good. Mini chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Last night, I made an almost 15# stuffed Turkey and I was the only one that ate.  You can bet it will be leftovers tonite!

I took some stuff out of the freezer and warmed up dinner. Beef roast and gravy and barbecue chicken and made some rice and salads. Yellow cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Yesterday Rissa's Boyfriend, Rad, asked me to pick up 2 packs of bacon.  I got a deal on a 2.5lb bacon for $14.  He just made all of the bacon and is eating it now.  He had not had bacon in over 7 months, and decided he wanted it.

Last night I made Spagetti and Meatballs with 4 Cheese Texas Toast and California Blend veggies

I had to have a quick meal ready. Cheeseburgers and fries for them and a burger loaded with veggies and mayo and ketchup for me with some fries. Egg donuts for dessert.

J made beef kabobs with purple onions, pineapple, and peppers. I also made Rice Pilaf and for me Basamati Rice. I also grilled some pitas. I made J oatmeal raisin cookies and Jon sugar cookies for dessert.

Last night I made chicken wings with BBQ and Ranch Dip, Beef Summer Sausage, Ritz Crackers, Pepper Jack Cheese and Swiss Cheese, Ranch Doritos, Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips, Ultimate Cheddar Doritos, and beverages,

Ate very early. Little steaks, two kinds of rice, brussell sprouts, broccoli and corn. Also small salads. Mini chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Made eggs, toast, hash browns with onions and bacon for breakfast. 

Then for dinner fried chicken, tator tots and sweet corn bread.

Had a bowl of Clam Chowder at The Real McCoys.  Made burgers and fries when we got home.  Kids decided they had to run to Janesville and didn't feel like eating.  Par for the course

Ate big at lunch. Had brisket, big salads, tator tots and corn bread. The corn bread was so sweet that was dessert!

Funny! I made soft shell tacos with all the fixings! Also had some beans. Small chocolate cupcakes with butter frosting for dessert.

Jon and I went out. We ordered some pizzas and cheese bread with marinara sauce. Egg donuts for dessert.

Rad and Rissa wanted a Boss Sub from Pick and Save.  They only had  a little bit, because I told Rissa that I was making T-Bone Steaks, asparagus, and baked potatoes (cooked in microwave).

Yesterday was Don's Birthday.  He wanted Chicken wings and asked if Pizza Hut had them.  We went there and I ordered 16 boneless Garlic and Parmesan Wings and he also wanted a large double cheese, Italian Sausage and Pepperoni.  I had 2 slices of pizza and 3 wings.  Don had 2 1/2 slices of pizza and 5 or 6 wings.  There was none left when I got up for work.

The guys wanted cheeseburgers and fries again. I had mine on a bed of lettuce with no fries. Got some German Egg Donuts for dessert.

Glad I made chili yesterday, too bad Don and I didn't get any.  Guess Rissa and her friend liked it

Made cheeseburgers and fries for lunch. (Mine without cheese and added lots of veggies: lettuce, tomatoes and onion and mayo)

For dinner made salads and bacon and cream sauce carbonnara. The rest of the creme horns for dessert.

Made baked pork chops with German Salt Potatoes and pancetta and onions, grave and peas. Creme horns for dessert.

Kept asking Don what he wanted to eat, since before noon.  I finally decided to make a cheesy tator tot casserole because it is getting late in the day and I have to work tonite.  He doesn't seem thrilled but tired of trying to make what he wants all the time and he never tells me what he wants. When it gets later in the day, I want to make something quick and easy.
