What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

Ended up making fried cheese curds, fries and had some bread I needed to use up so I made ham and two cheese sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles with may and toasted them. Mini chocolate cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

The day was nuts.  It was Rad's birthday and he copped an attitude. He got his birthday cake but we ended up not making steaks.  It was a fend for yourself kinda day.

Made Chicken Tikka and Rice Pilaf and Pitas for the guys and white rice with onions, tomatoes and butter for me. Egg Donuts for dessert.

Yesterday, since there were no kids a noon, Don and I bought a Rotisserie Chicken, Boneless BBQ wings, and cole slaw and ate on the Porch because it was so nice outside.

We had dinner at noon. Made Spanish Rice, Refried Beans with Cheese, Hard Shell Tacos and Enchiladas with ground beef. Also finished an opened bag of taco chips with salsa. Sugar cookies for dessert.

J was hungry again so I ended up warming him up some chicken vegetable pasta soup and he also wanted peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Rad had leftovers, I didn't eat, no idea about Don or Rissa

Made rib eye steaks, deep fried tater tots and steak fries and made salads. Also toasted some English seeded bread. Chocolate covered cherries for dessert.

Yesterday I made Lasagna 4 cheese hamburger helper.  Made 3 boxes so everyone would have enough to eat and NO ONE Ate.  Rad decided to go visit his uncle in Beloit, Don decided to micro some hot dogs, and no idea what Rissa did.  Leftovers tonite.

Went to Tony's for a party. The guys had their favorite sausage sandwiches with fries. I had the lasagna, salad bar and cheese bread. So good.

Yesterday I made Pork Tenderloin, Cheese and Potato Pierogis in Alfredo sauce, baked potatoes, and asparagus cooked in Milk.

Made ham, egg and cheese sandwiches for breakfast and for dinner I made pork fried rice, spring rolls, white rice, steamed veggies and my crab casserole. For dessert it was the rest of the mini chocolate frosted cupcakes. I still cannot believe that J ate an entire pizza last night.

I had toast and a bowl of Cheerios for breakfast and for supper I made cheeseburgers, french fries, and Bush's Baked Beans

Made eggs and toast for breakfast, brat patties on buns with chips for lunch and now making pizzas. Hoping to make popcorn later.

Last night I made Beef smoked sausage rings with mixed veggies and baked potatoes

Unfroze some beef brisket and made sandwiches with Texas Toast. Also some pickles and some sauteed onions. Also had coleslaw. Mini Chocolate Cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Yesterday I made a pork shoulder roast baked with potatoes, asparagus cooked in Milk, and Pillsbury Grand Honey biscuits

Made red beans and rice with Andouie Sausage for the guys and warmed up potatoes and gravy, corn and a Salsbury Steak Patty for me. Mini chocolate cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Yesterday was Beef and Chicken tacos with all the "fixings"

Leftovers for dinner tonight. I warmed up my tortellini and for J it was a cheeseburger and hash browns with onions. Mini chocolate cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Last night, I ordered 12 pc broasted Chicken and 4 orders of Broasted Potatoes from Gus' Pizza Palace

Made eggs, bacon, hash browns with onions, and toast for breakfast 

and spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian Sausages, garlic cheese bread, and olive plate and chianti for dinner. Sugar cookies for dessert.

Made brats, grilling beans and had the rest of the pasta salad. J of course used chips to dip his beans in. The rest of the mini chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Leftover night for dinner. I had my brisket and some fresh pasta salad, J had some of the tortellini and I think Jon did as well. They finished the cheese bread as well. They have already vetoed what I had planned for Saturday so maybe I will do brats. The rest of the oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Made home made Beefy Tomato Veggie Soup.  It was a hit.  Made a small stock pot full and it is almost gone.
