What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

J warmed up pasta, sauce, sausages and garlic toast with chianti for them. I had white pasta with butter and parsley flakes. I also had half a long john for dessert.

J made thin steaks and scrambled eggs for dinner. I was able to eat half my steak and my eggs. We had Kringle for dessert.

J made loaded club sandwiches for lunch. I managed a bite. For dinner he wants to make his spaghetti, meat sauce, sausages and garlic bread. He still needs to get chianti because he forgot. I have been basically nibbling on fruits and peanuts off and on.

I napped until a little after 12pm.  I made a Sausage and Pepperoni Tomestone pizza and added sliced green pepper and more pepperoni and topped with a mozzarella/provolone combo of shredded cheese.

J had breakfast and lunch and then made he and Jon red beans and rice with sausage and garlic bread. The smell is making me nauseated. I have been snacking on things to eat and may try to make some rice and veggies. There is still pecan pie left.

Came home from work and had 2 little containers of yogurt (one strawberry and one Blueberry).  Decided to have a bowl of honey Nut Cheerios with a sliced banana.  It hit the spot

Yesterday we had Hamburger Helper Stroganoff white cake for dessert

The guys have so far had sandwiches and chips. I have really not been able to eat much today.

I made J take me to Chinese Buffet. It was so good. I had a whole meal! Things like egg drop soup, glass noodles, steamed veggies, and fresh fruit and jello cubes. We picked up Jon some food and brought it home. Brought us each home a sugar donut for later.

Today ~ Tacos with all the fixings ~ even made Guac, for me cuz Don hates it

J made them beef and cheese sandwiches with au jus. Jon made skinny fries. I have no idea what I can eat. I managed to get some pineapple, green grapes and juice eaten.

Yesterday ended up making Cheeseburgers at the last minute because I should have been in bed already.

J made ham sandwiches for breakfast and I had pineapple and juice.

They went to Arby's for lunch. J had roast beef sandwich and curly fries and Jon had their meat monster with a large fries. I had some plain salted popcorn and it was pretty good. 

J is saying he will need to eat again.

I ended up eating a bowl of buttered butternut squash

J made himself bacon, eggs, hash browns with onions and toast this morning. I had pineapple chunks and some juice.

For lunch he had a sandwich and chips and I had a piece of string cheese and a few pieces of Chex Mix.

For dinner, J and Jon had pork cutlets, potatoes, gravy and bread. I had a small bowl of macaroni and cheese.

This morning I brought home a burrito and a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit-sub round egg for each of us.  I already ate mine.

I am sure food for today will probably be leftovers as well

Yesterday was a lazy day since Don was in bed sleeping most of it.  I got up and had pumpkin pie with redi-whip and a couple bowls of mashed potatoes with butter and turkey pieces.

The guys had their sausage sandwiches for lunch and Jon had cheese bread later. J had a salad for dinner. I had pineapple chunks with juice for breakfast, a handful of Chex Mix for lunch and the rest of my salad and a square of cheese bread for dinner.

Yesterday we had Subway subs and a cheese and cracker tray that the Regional Manager brought to the store and I took home the leftovers for lunch/dinner

We went to eat out at our favorite Italian place. I had a big trip to the salad bar and ate half. I also had a small square of cheese bread. I got full pretty quick. The guys had Italian sausage sandwiches with fries and J had a salad. They also had an order of cheese bread and beers.

Since I cannot eat J and Jon stayed home but made cheeseburgers and tater tots. The smell is awful. I cannot stand grease and every day he makes very greasy food. They finished the peanut butter cookies for dessert.

I made Turkey Bruschetta and whipped potatoes (not my fave but easier to make).  Guess what happened?  Vogel "needed" Don to help get some wood from a trailer to put on the burn pit in "the back 40", 10 minutes before food was done.  Yep!  Bruschetta is dry and potatoes cold.  "PAR FOR THE COURSE".  Pumpkin pie for derssert.
