What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

Don was talking about "me" making venison steaks but if I didn't feel like it, we could have salisbury steaks and leftover baked potatoes.  I woke up at almost 1:30 pm.  He said to make the salisbury steaks and potatoes.  Of course when it was almost done he said he wasn't going to eat right away.  I don't feel like eating, period.  I had 2 twisted teas and just opened a Pabst.  Not sure how much of that I want either.  No food for me though.  I think I have lost about almost 20 lbs because I have been in so much pain and sleep is my only friend

Still in alot of pain but not as bad as the last 3 days.  All I ate for the last 3 days is breakfast  burritos from McD's.  The last 2 days was only 1 and the other day I ate 2.

Eating some left over beef stew.

J is making bacon topped meatloaf made with pork and ground beef. He is also making garlic mashed potatoes with brown gravy and corn. I will not be able to eat any of it. I am not able to eat much of anything today. The rest of the chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

J had split pea and ham soup and sandwiches and chips. Jon had pizza. I couldn't eat. I did a bit of food earlier.

J took me to breakfast and I had Texas French Toast and I did eat some and brought some home for dinner. 

J and Jon are planning on making cheeseburgers and fries.

J had leftover chicken picatta with linguine and then Jon got them each a Mc Rib because our Mc Donald's still have them. Jon also had a Big Mac and fries. I took a few spoons of a Mc Flurry and gave Jon the rest. I need to find something to eat. Just way too active and feeling yucky.

Been in so much pain the last few days, I have not really been eating. No idea what Don did for food because I only see dirty silverware in sink.  Yesterday (Monday)  I had a blueberry muffin on the way to O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store.  When I got to work I had a cheeseburger sub potato roll, light ketchup, light, mustard, add lettuce, add light mayo, and add tomato slices.


I am finishing off the leftover Tuna/Chicken Helper that Don was complaining about, but looks like he did have more of it.  I added a little milk and some shredded colby jack cheese and heated it on the stove.  Turned out pretty good

Picked up some Papa Murphy's pizzas and doctored them up a bit. I only had a bite. I need to find something I can eat.

J made most of the dinner. He made Tempura Shrimp and Seasoned Steak fries. I made Jasmine rice for me and had a piece of shrimp. J got chocolate chip cookies for dinner but they were not very good. Jon said he would eat them.

Last night I made Auto Crunchy Taco Hamburger helper, with left over taco meat and added black beans, for me (Don hates rice) and for his majesty I made A Tuna Helper with left over chicken.  I am so tired of telling him if it sits too long he has to add liquid to it.  He came to bed yelling it was too dry and nasty.  Not my fault you don't eat when it is done.

J made chicken picatta with linguine and sauce. I had a bit. They also had white wine. Lots of white wine. Then they had egg nogg mixed with booze.

We went to Golden Corral. I had a small steak, rice, steamed veggies and a big salad with lots of veggies. I also had some jello, a small piece of frosted chocolate chip cookie and a tiny cupcake. I brought home a few sugar cookies. It was so good. J of course had three plates of food and 2 sodas.

Had to run to Walmart for phone cards.  There was a nice rump roast on clearance, so I have that in the oven with potatoes and celery.  I have it cooking slow, so I can take a nap.

I was in so much pain, I was in bed the entire day after I finished my oatmeal, until I got up for work at 8:50pm ~ So Don had to fend for himself.

I am eating another bowl of oatmeal.  I probably should buy some grits.  I miss that.

J was going to make a big dinner but he and Jon have been eating all day. I have not been hungry. Jon got me a burger with all the veggies and mayo and some fries. I ate a few bites and some fries. I will try to warm it up later and maybe not eat the bun.

I am sooooo cold right now that I made a batch of oatmeal with milk and brown sugar

J has been eating non stop since he got up at 8. He and I went out for Chinese Buffet and it was so good. I got small portions of flavored jello, pineapple, egg drop soup, egg fu yung, glass noodles, fried rice, and steamed veggies. I brought home a sesame ball and two sugar donuts for later.

Today I am making firecracker brats (boiled and then pan fried) with Bush's baked beans, oven baked french fries,  and Don will probably have some of the birthday cake we have left.

made Chicken Breasts topped with seasonings and cream of chicken soup and baked potatoes.  Did not eat but Don did (I think ~ I don't remember eating and only 1 breast and potato are missing)

The guys are going out for all you can eat wings and of course Spotted Cow. I am asking them to bring me back a couple taco supremes. Jon got me a few cookies with stuff the frost them.

Decided to make Ham and cheese omelets (Don's Fave).  He did not want one (looks like he had the rest of ther spaghetti that Bigsy made).  He wasn't even nice about saying "NO".  That's ok ~  I added sautéed onions and used Sharp shredded cheddar cheese.  YUMMY!

I laid down at 9am, Don came in and asked if I was alive a few min before 6pm.  I got up and had 8 California Sushi (avocado, rice, Cream cheese, sesame seeds, wasabi, slivered ginger, and soy sauce) and then made some Chicken Noodle soup with ritz crackers.  Now drinking a mug of Ambrosia Hot Chocolate.

I doctored up pizzas for the guys. I have not been able to eat much today.

For brakfast I had a bowl of beef and a bowl of chicken ramens

Yesterday morning, I ate the burritos that I had brought home for Don a few days earlier.  Only had 2 small hands full of planters peanuts before I went to work.  Whenever Don is in the Dog House, he brings food thinking I will eat it, as a peace offering(?)  I never do.  He brought spaghetti and said that Bigsy made it for me.  I let him know that I would not eat it and at least I don't have to cook for him.  At 3:30 pm I got up to go to the restroom and he asked if I was going to eat, I told him no and hope he enjoys that crap.  He got mad because I would not eat it.  All the times he brought home food when we were in a tent, because he was at JP's and his wife was still alive at that time.  I never ate any of it.
