What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

Made ham, egg and cheese sandwiches for breakfast and for dinner made cheeseburgers, seasoned steak fries and 7 layer salad. Also made cut out cookies with frosting for dessert.

Last few days we have had New York Strip steaks with asparagus cooked in Milk.  One day I bought Sause, egg, and cheese biscuits sub round eggs and a small caramel Frappe with no drizzle and no whipped cream.  Last Wednesday I bought 2 breakfast burritos and a sausage biscuit for us to eat while we did laundry.  This week Wednesday I bought 4 sausage burritos to eat while we did laundry.  Tuesday I bought 4 1/4 pounders sub crispy pickles because Bigsy and Blake were over.  I did give a couple bites to Wally, the dog.  We have also been working on leftovers from recent meals I can't remember everything.

Planning on making mac and cheese for me with cut up veggies and red beans and rice with Andouie sausage for the guys. Honey buns for dessert.

I am going to make a big Chef Salad with ham, cheese, turkey, hard boiled eggs, carrots, onions, radishes, cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes! 

I think I am making brat patties on buns for the guys. Egg donuts for dessert.

Hoping to have rib eye steaks, salads and making seasoned steak fries and got some home-made chocolate covered cherries for dessert.

Ended up making the guys cheeseburgers last night and J also wanted a huge salad so I made him one with cooked chicken on it. Jon had three burgers. 

Tonight I am hoping to make the soft shell tacos and have chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Planning on making soft shell tacos when the guys get home. Got some Persians for dessert.

For breakfast we had eggs, bacon, hash browns with onions and toast. (Since J has to work Sunday.)

Lunch was huge Chef Salads.

Have not had dinner but Jon brought me a Blizzard!

Made a Beef Sub with sliced onions, tomatoes, and lettuce for Don.  I made a rotisserie Chicken sub with sliced onions, green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce.  I also had some cottage cheese.

I was going to make Chef's salads but J is thinking I need to make pizzas so we shall see what I make when he gets done with work. I will have butter pecan ice cream for dessert.

Last night I made Bradshaw Cheddar n Bacon Burgers with potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw, and Chicken Parmesan Peppercorn pasta salad (only found one tiny piece of chicken in the container from the deli).  We also had the assorted salads on Tuesday.

Tuesday night, I made subs with all the fixings.  Don had beef and I had turkey

Hoping to make my cheesy rice casserole for dinner. I usually cut up veggies and have crackers with it. Chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Too hot to cook. I got all the stuff to make subs. Bread, meats, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo. Also had potato sticks. Egg donuts for dessert.

This past week or so we have had, New Strip Steaks, Ball Park Beef Hotdogs, oner night we ordered out Gus' 4 pc chicken dinners, last night Don ordered Rosa's small pepperoni and small sausage pizza and mozzarella sticks.

The guys had leftover pasta, meat sauce, Italian sausages and garlic bread. I made a sandwich with ham, cheese, and lots of veggies and will have chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Planning on making beef kabobs with peppers, mushrooms, pineapple and purple onions. Also making rice pilaf and going to get some pitas. Got a small black forest cake for dessert.

Saturday night J made ribs and I made corn on the cob, potato salad, garlic toast and seasoned potato wedges. Chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Ended up having burgers and fries. The rest of the chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Have some slices of roast beef and am going to add provolone cheese and put them on hoagie rolls and make some au jus. May make some fries. Chocolate cupcakes with buttercreme frosting for dessert.

Looks like I will be making Johnsonville Cheddar and Bacon Pork Patty Grillers for our meal.  Potato salad on the side.  Neither of us wanted any kind of veggie or cooked potato.

Last night I made Sirlion Chuck steaks with Asparagus in Milk

Leftovers today. J finished the hamburger mushroom dish and Jon and I finished the beef and cheese sandwiches. We heated them and the fries and added lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Chocolate cupcakes with buttercreme frosting for dessert.

Was way too hot to cook or grill out.  We ordered 2 4pc dinners from Gus' Pizza Palace and again the styrofoam started melting.  At least this time it didn't melt through the food.

Probably going to re-heat chicken tikka and the rice pilaf with nan bread.
